Module 8 Unit 2 She’s quite good at English.
教学内容本单元主要描述他人的性格特点和学习表现等。
教学目标知识与技能目标：1. 全体学生能够掌握单词quite, English, PE, Chinese, Art, try, report；短语be good at擅长于；2. 全体学生能够掌握句型She’s very (quite) good at Maths. She doesn’t work hard at Art.； 3. 全体学生能够了解be good at = do well in；理解辅音+y结尾，元音+y结尾的动词的单数第三人称变形规则。过程与方法目标：1. 全体学生能够掌握各个学科的英语表达；2. 全体学生能够利用学过的知识描述自己或他人的学业报告，总结自己或他人的学习表现。情感态度价值观目标： 培养学生对各门学科的兴趣，不偏科，在各门学科中全方位发展自我。
教学重难点： 如何描述自己或他人在各门学科中的学习表现。
教学过程(一) Warming up1. 复习Listen and guess. Which panda is it?(二) Presentation1. 课文Part 1学习。复习之前学过的学科，学习学科新单词Chinese, Art, PE (physical education)。 2. Ask and answer. --- Which subject (学科) do you like? --- I like … . / … is my favorite.3. 课文Part 2学习。情境：Lingling 父母参加了家长会Parents’ Day。出示学业报告，学习report。4. 观看Part 2视频，回答问题。① How many subjects are there in Lingling’s report?② How is Lingling’s work in these classes?5. 找出Lingling学业报告里的学科和相应的表现，完成表格。6. 学习课文的知识点。区分学习quite和quiet。学习try。 通过try, cry与play, say的对比，学习以y结尾的动词变单数第三人称：辅音+y结尾的，变y为i，再加es；元音+y结尾的，直接加s。7. 拓展学习be good at和do well in。再一次区分be动词：is / am / are和do / does的区别。(三) Consolidation and practice1. 课本Part 3学习。Look and say。概括Sam的学业报告。 2. 学业报告改编挖空，Look and write。(四) Summary★ 学科的表达。English, Chinese, Art, PE。★ 掌握表格内对学业的评价。★ be good at = do well in 擅长于…。★ 辅音+y，元音+y 动词 单数第三人称形式。(五) Homework1. 熟读课本47页第2部分，发至英语微信群。 2. 完成卷子作业。 设计意图通过复习，回顾上节课的知识，衔接本节课内容。 复习并学习新知。 结合学生实际情况，说出自己喜欢的学科。 带着问题，学习课文内容。 通过完成表格内容，增加对文章的理解。 通过对比区分，学习quite和quiet的区别，加深对单词的理解。 对比学习以y结尾的动词变成单数第三人称遵循的规则。区分be动词的三种形式和do / don’t / does / doesn’t。 练习孩子的书写，进一步掌握新知。 总结本节课所学重点知识。 通过作业，巩固所学新知识。
