Things are going very well. How is everyone there?因为修饰动词“进展”--are going，所有得用副词“好”--well；
everyone 是个单数含义的，be 用 is。
类似的不定代词：
everybody，everything，something，anything...都是单数。
It is rainy today, but it was sunny and warm yesterday. 描述天气的形容词：rainy，windy，sunny，stormy，cloudy
都是由名词加 y 构成。
注意后句be动词的变化，因为时间是昨天，必须采用过去式。
Remember to put on your raincoat when you go outside.remember to do 记得去做什么什么，不定式都有对将来的暗示，
如：want to do。remember doing 记得做过什么是，跟这个类似的还有 forget--忘记：forget to do 忘了该干什么什么；forget doing 做过的事情，忘记了。
