Jenny lives In London with her parents. When she was three, she could play the piano a little but she couldn't write at all. At the age of five, she could play the piano very well, but she could only write a few words. When she was six, there was something wrong with her eyes. Jenny could not see anything any more. Life was very hard for her! With her mother's help, Jenny can write well now. She is writing her first book. She wants to be a great writer.

Jenny lives in London with her parents. 这个句子还可以改成：Jenny with her parents lives in London. 此时的主语依然是单数的Jenny。
When she was three, she could piay the piano a little but she couldn't write at all.划线部分是时间状语从句，was--过去的，所以主句情态动词用 could。注意这种对应关系---动词形式必须和时间相一致。
At the age of five, she could play the piano very well, but she could only write a few words. at the age of 在多大年龄时，这只是个短语，不是句子（句子：得复合主谓都具备这一条件），改成句子的话，就是 When she was five, 注意这种转换，常常出现在同义句转换题型中。
When she was six, there was something wrong with her eyes. 不定代词的定语，都在后面，例如：anything else 别的事, something unsual 非比寻常的事, someone important 某个重要的人物。
