summary
Computer viruses are computer programmes which make copies of themselves and are sent to other people via a computer user’s address book. They enter computers and damage or destroy files and information.
Computer viruses are dangerous and they have done great damage in the past few years. The next virus could be even worse.
Make sure of cyber security
Prevent criminal activities: such as terrorism and gambling.
Promote the healthy development of the Internet.
Obey the cyber security law.
Whatever the purpose, we mustn’t design computer viruses which do harm to our society.
