教材分析:
本单元的会话主题是买衣服,第一课时Listen
and
Say以衣服店为对话场景,以家庭成员Mom,Kitty和Ben为对话角色,围绕如何挑选衣服展开对话。本课时的会话文本有两个段落,从语言知识的角度来看,两段对话的关系是并进式的,都是以Which开头的选择疑问句展开的。第一课时的对话语境真实、趣味性强,能够很好地唤起学生们的日常生活经验。
学情分析:
对于五年级的学生来说,服装主题是学生比较熟悉的。从语言知识与能力层面来看,学生们已能够认读本单元中涉及到的服饰类名词,并且对Which开头的特殊疑问句也不陌生,这有助于学习Which开头的选择疑问句。而关于衣服的尺码和试穿的表达部分是学生们不熟悉的。此外,学生们已有关于选择服饰的缘由表达较为贫乏,需要在课堂上引导并给予单词和句式的支持。
从情感、态度和价值观层面来看,五年级的学生对服饰已经有很强的自主意识。通过课前的Free
talk,了解了孩子们普遍拥有网络购物经验,大部分学生倾向于选择网络购物的方式。
总体来说,本单元的会话内容,新知较少。为了激发学生们对新知的学习需求,提升该主题相关表达的丰富度,本人对教材文本做了改编,增加了服装的款式细节单词,buttons,collar,pocket,这些都是学生们在购物时比较关注的。同时,还增加一轮Kitty和Mom的对话,让对话更加自然。

教学设计:
本节课的教学设计主要基于建构主义学习理论,通过创设真实有趣的会话情境、充分的语言模仿和操练学习,为学生提供语言支架、以小组合作学习的形式,激发学生自主学习和语言表达。
本节课主要通过四大环节达成教学目标,第一,Warm
up,Clothes歌曲引入主题,Free
Talk激活思维,用旧知引新知;第二个环节,Presentation,新知呈现,提出会话背景相关问题,引导学生带着问题整体感知会话情境。第三个环节,Practice,是本节课的核心环节,通过Imitate、Question&
Answer、Role

play环节给予学生充分的操练机会,帮助学生吸收、内化核心句型和单词。最后一个环节,Production,结合平板电脑,创设真实的网络购物情境,呈现孩子们喜欢的不同类型、款式的服装,激活学生的真实生活经验,让学生进行自主的、真实的表达。

优点:本节课创造性地拓展了文本,增加了文本语言的丰富性和趣味性,很好地贴合了学生的实际生活经验。教学目标全面清晰,有层次。教学环节紧凑、有序、有效,给予师生和生生之间展开了积极的“对话教学”,给予了学生充分的课堂学习时间,尤其是平板购物环节,情境丰富、有趣,很好地激发了学生的参与热情、有效地达成了教学目标。不足:第一,创编的文本中拓展了一些新词,Pocket..对这些词理解的教学过长,分散了整体的会话情境。第二,会话情境和真实情境的过渡与衔接不是很自然,还需要雕琢。第三,还需要增加与学生的互动和反馈,尤其是基于学生的及时表现给予丰富多维的评价,以便更好地调动学生。这也是我日常教学中一直思考该如何突破的难点。会话课是非常基础的课型,非常重要,如何有效设计,让学生充分操练,提升表达能力,还需要在实践中反复思考和研究。(共28张PPT)
