学生分析：
初三的学生，有一定的语言能力，可结合他们已有的知识进行丰富的对话或者语言表达。教师通过通过借助多种激励方式,激发学生积极参与学习,大胆实践,体验成功的喜悦，有了成就感有了信心,就能够更好的展示自己.初三二班的学生语言应用整体水平较高，思维活跃，老师可以尝试引导他们完成有关Communnication的文章。
