1、学情分析
经过几年的英语学习,四年级的孩子已掌握一定的英语知识与技能,奠定了英语学习的基础。在这阶段,孩子们的注意力比较持久,能够专注于课堂活动,在倾听、发言、交流、小组合作、表演等方面已经形成良好的习惯,能完成比较复杂的学习任务。他们可以在所设的日常交际情景中听懂对话,能就熟悉的话题与别人交流,可以讨论和分享自己喜欢做的活动及根据他人的话语获取信息。他们也具备基本的阅读技能和思维,能够从阅读文本中提取信息,具有判断、分类、比较、归纳等思维能力。在英语知识方面,他们已学过以下的知识点,为本单元的学习作好铺垫。

二、教材分析
本单元主题是谈论人在活动方面的能力,创设了一个超能力人物Supergirl作为线索。内容一共有三个情境:首先,以kitty和Alice共读绘本Supergirl的情境引入主题。接着,两人读完绘本后交流彼此会干什么。最后,Kitty晚上做梦采访Supergirl。这样的顺序基本上是符合逻辑的。但是,由于listen
and
say部分一下子就呈现两个情境,而两个情境中的文本语言是不一样的,绘本里用的是陈述性语言知识,kitty和Alice交流的内容是对话性语言。相当于一个是阅读文本,另一个是会话文本。汇集两种性质的语言输入,容易增加学生学习语言的困难性,造成学生的语言输入和输出困惑。基于教材和学情,本单元的教学设计将会调整文本内容,并再构文本。
三、单元整体设计思路和依据
本单元的教学设计将以Supergirl为主人公,、Superdog和Supercat是她的super
team里的队员。第一课时整合Listen
and
say、Look

learn、Ask
and
answer三个部分,创设宣传介绍Supergirl、Superdog和Supercat的情境,让孩子们了解他们,在此情境中侧重学习单词和句型What
