Grammar
1.Thanksgiving
is
my
favourite
festival.
感恩节是我最喜欢的节日。
favourite意为“最喜欢的”，既可用作形容词，也可
用作名词。当表达“……是某人最喜欢的某事/物”时，
可以用句型“…is+形容词性物主代词+favourite…”
2.We
always
have
a
special
meal.
我们总是吃一顿特别的饭。
（1）句型“we
always
+动词原形（+其他）.”表
示“我们总是……”。always意为“一直；总是”，是
频度副词，常用于一般现在时的句子中。
【例句】

我们总在八点钟看电视。
special在此句中意为“特殊的，特别的”，它既可以作形容词（adj.），又可作名词（n.）。
