指导思想与理论依据
英语的核心素养综合表现为四大素养,由语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力组成。英语的语言学习活动应该是在一定的主题语境下进行的,即学生围绕某一具体的主题语境,基于不同类型的语篇,通过听、说、读、写、看等语言技能,获得、梳理、整合语言知识和文化知识,深化对语言的理解和赏析;
同时,在英语学习过程中,学生尝试运用所学语言创造性地表达个人的思想、观点和态度,形成积极的人生观和价值观。在整个学习过程中,学习者需要尝试运用各种学习策略,以提高理解和表达的效果。
指导思想与理论依据
普通高中英语课程倡导指向学科核心素养的英语学习活动观和自主学习、合作学习、探究学习等学习方式。教师应设计具有综合性、关联性和实践性特点的英语学习活动,使学生通过学习理解、应用实践、迁移创新等一系列融语言、文化、思维为一体的活动,获取、阐释和评判语篇意义,表达个人观点、意图和情感态度,分析中外文化异同,发展多元思维和批判性思维,提高英语学习能力和运用能力。
教材分析
本课是北师大版《初中英语》八年级英语下册教材第四单元第10课,话题为“问题交流页”。本课是本单元的第1课,重点列举了四类青少年成长中遇到的负面情绪及产生负面情绪的原因,(难以控制坏情绪;考试前紧张;过于害羞;不知如何安排学校作业而沮丧)通过问题交流页的形式,给出了针对四类不同问题的回复与建议。
希望通过本课的学习,学生能够认识到青春期的负面情绪是正常的,意识到调控情绪的重要性,初步掌握调控负面情绪的方法,正确对待负面情绪。
学生通过预测、扫读、信息匹配、归纳总结等方法读懂文章内容,初步理解并归纳提建议的方式;通过头脑风暴与分组合作能够针对问题进行深入思考,提出自己的建议,并将所学应用到实践中。以此培养学生分析问题、解决问题、迁移创新的能力。
学情分析
已有基础:八年级1班的学生已经具备一定的英语学习基础,能够运用简单的阅读策略获取文章大意和细节信息,能对事实材料进行简单的分析和评价。本课话题贴近学生生活,能够引发学生兴趣与共鸣。在课前教师通过问卷调查统计了学生生活中常见的问题,并将这些问题作为每组的problem
page进行讨论。
存在问题:八(1)班学生英语两极分化明显,一部分学生英语基础较好,反应快,能够用英语流利的表达并积极参与课堂活动。但是一些基础薄弱的学生上课容易走神,对课堂所学内容一知半解,不积极参与课堂活动。学生对生活中遇到的问题与困扰有感触,但不会表达,对于如何解决问题比较迷茫,没有太多的好办法。
解决方案:通过分组合作,努力让基础差的同学跟紧课堂,激发兴趣,参与课堂活动。通过头脑风暴与小组交流,拓展学生思维,引导学生针对问题给出自己的建议。
