一、学情分析
三年级的学生经过两年的英语学习在基本知识与技能方面已经达到学习的目标，对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣，乐于参与课堂的活动，特别是表演和唱歌类的活动。大部分学生都能在课堂上积极参与，大胆发言，注意力集中的时间相比二年级有所增加，可以持续到20分钟至25分钟。在这个阶段，教师需要重点关注学生的学习能力的培养，注重学生主动思维能力的培养。
在本单元学习之前，学生已经学习了动物表达的一些词语，并能够表达自己喜欢的动物
。语言技能方面，学生能听懂基本课堂指令，做动作，完成相关的教学任务，能表达自己喜欢的动物及其特征。

本课采用的教学内容是《上海版牛津英语》三年级下册M3U4
