谈论了他们为举办美食节如何做准备,此话题开门见山描述了“国际美食节”召开的热闹情景,接下来顺理成章地描写人们点菜的场景。本话题呈现了大量点菜进餐的功能句型,补充说明了餐具的使用方法以及如何养成健康的饮食习惯。Scetion
A是本话题的第一课时,主要谈及到一些服务和点菜进餐的日常用语,大多数学生都有去餐馆吃饭的经历,内容比较贴近学生生活。
IV.学生分析:
我校地处麻栗坡县边境地区,学生大多来自农村,虽然他们不经常去大的餐馆吃饭,但去一般的小餐馆吃东西经历是有的,而且学生对“美食”都很感兴趣,他们对中国的饮食比较了解,但要想了解外国的美食和用餐习惯,必须通过大量图片引起他们的头脑风暴,通过课文介绍来增长这方面的知识,并激发他们了解各国特色食品及饮食习惯的欲望。

SectionA的第一课时,这一Topic的话题是国际美食节。在本课前,学生们已经学会不同国家的特色食品,了解了不同国家的用餐习惯,本课主要学习大量点菜进餐的功能句型,一些服务和点菜进餐的日常用语。本课属于口语训练课,生词不多且简单,对话内容贴近生活,关键要会运用,甚至脱离书本来运用,为此,我把本课的教学过程分为以下几部分:
一、以美食节为主线,通过国际美食节的热闹场面引出主持人对客人会说些什么,激发学习动机。
二、通过听录音与阅读开幕词,理解新单词lady,
gentleman,
kind-hearted,
satisfy,
把单词放在句子中学习,容易理解掌握。
三、通过提出问题:来参加美食节的第一批客人点了什么菜?消费了多少钱?引出2a的对话,先通过听对话,训练学生听的能力,并初步理解问题,然后再通过跟读和小组读、分角色表演等任务来掌握一些服务和点菜进餐的日常用语。
四、设置一个真实的用餐小品表演,让学生脱离书本来运用语言,这个环节主要是巩固重点句型与日常交际用语。
五、用自己的语言来概括杨先生夫妇在美食节上发生的事情,巩固2a内容。
六、提取重点句型并进行操练,学以致用。
七、小组综合探究活动,学以致用,拓展延伸。
本节课,学生们对各国的饮食习惯都有了较深的理解,单词、句型也掌握得比较透彻,达到了预期的效果,从学生完成任务的情况来看,充分体现了小组合作学习。但课后我觉得,在授课过程中有些教学环节过渡不够自然,有待在今后的教学中改进。
