summary
of
the
text
People
in
Amsterdam
have
been
enjoying
the
benefits
of
cycling
for
years
since
the
city
is
flat
and
has
plenty
of
parking
places
and
bicycle
paths.
Back
in
the
1960s,
a
group
of
cycling
fans
painted
hundreds
of
bikes
white
and
placed
them
in
many
areas
around
Amsterdam
to
save
energy,
reduce
pollution
and
provide
free
public
transport.
However,
those
bikes
were
stolen
within
weeks!
In
1999,
the
shared
bikes
returned
to
Amsterdam
with
a
computer
tracking
system
to
record
its
every
move
and
were
designed
with
bright
colors.
Thanks
to
the
efforts
of
many
people,
the
idea
of
“shared
bikes”
has
now
pedalled
its
way
around
the
world.
Advice
on
how
to
help
bike
sharing
go
smoothly
in
Beijing.
Strict
laws
and
regulations
should
be
put
into
effect
to
normalize
the
operation
and
administration
of
the
system.
The
urban
transportation
system
should
be
upgraded
and
improved
to
cater
to
cars,
bikes
and
pedestrians.
People
are
required
to
use
their
real
name
to
register
as
a
user,
which
is
a
good
way
to
connect
to
one's
personal
