make
a
travel

制定旅行计划
make意为“做，制造”表示制作具体的物品。do虽然也有“做”的意思，但是一般指做一些动作或者某种事情。
例句：我正在做一个飞机模型。

going
to结构是将来时态的另一种形式，to后面接动词原形，用来表示按计划或者安排要进行的动作或者事情。也可以用来表示推测或者表示将来肯定要发生的动作，在句子中一般译为“准备，打算”。
（1）be

to表示近期就要发生的动作；will表示的时间则较为久远一些。
例句：我打算去做作业。
