改进措施:①在以后的教学中,要多关注学困生,耐心指导,多鼓励他们,培养他们的学习兴趣。②英语课要通过各种活动,培养学生听、说、读、写的能力。③多注重学生的评价,提高学生的学习积极性和主动性。
