语音教学不到位，对于易错读音，教师没有及时指导。②在小组合作学习过程中，部分学生没有积极参与，师对个别学困生关注不够

改进措施：①在以后的教学中，要多关注学困生，耐心指导，多鼓励他们，培养他们的学习兴趣。②英语课要通过各种活动，培养学生听、说、读、写的能力。③多注重学生的评价，提高学生的学习积极性和主动性。
