一月一日是新年。
在英语中，“几月几日”要先说“月”，再说“日”，其中“日”要用序数词，但书写时也可用基数词，序数词前可以有the，也可以没有，但读的时候the必须读出来。

注意：表达具体某一天时，可以用介词on。
例句：我的生日在2月1日。

（2）
at+具体的几点钟/用于固定短语。
例句：我七点起床。
