ph是清辅音，发音[f]，发音时声带不振动。下唇抵住上齿，让口腔内气流从唇齿间隙缝中挤出时摩擦成音。
wh是浊辅音，发音[w]，发音时声带不振动。双唇突出，并呈小圆口形。发音瞬间即滑向后面的元音，又称半元音。
