Unit 13 Shapes Lesson 73
Teaching aims：
1、知识目标：a、利用图画初步感知，理解4种基本形状，单词circle 、square、triangle和rectangle。
b、说演歌谣的同时初步说出4种形状的单词。
c、通过手指造型来巩固4个形状阿单词。
2、技能目标：让学生初步感知，理解和认读circle、square、rectangle和triangle。
3、情感目标：a、培养学生良好的学习英语的习惯。
b、通过各种活动激发学生学习英语的兴趣，把所学的知识与生活紧密结合起来，让学生学以致用。
Teaching important point:学生能初步感知,认读 circle、square、triangle 和rectangle四种形状，并且通过手指来表示出来。
Teaching difficult point：说唱歌谣说出4种形状的英语单词，让学生分辨 triangle和rectangle的发音。

Teaching steps:
Step 1: Warming-up
1. Greeting
T:Hello boys and girls.
Ss: Hello! Miss Tang.
T: Nice to meet you.
Ss:Nice to meet you,too.
2. Let us chant.
①In my classroom ,I can see a desk ,a chair for you and me.
In my classroom, I can see a door, a window for you and me.
②Toy train,toy train, choo choo choo.
Step2:Lead in
Show the pictures,review the colours.
T:What are they
A、Learn the new words.
Ss:they are shapes.
T:Today we learn Unit 13 Shapes Lesson 73.
T teaches “shapes” Ss follow T.
Step3: Presentation
1、T points and asks : What shape is this
Ss say “circle”.
2、T teachs the words“circle 、triangle、 squar 、rectangle” 3．Ss read the words together.
4．T asks S1 as a small teacher ,S1 reads and points it .Another Ss read after S1.
Then change S2 to S3 S4…
B．Look,listen and chant.
1、Look at the picture then asks “what are they doing ”
2、They are shaking hands and say hello.
3、Listen and chant.
Square and circl
Say hello.

Here we go.
Triangle , rectangle
Say hello.
Triangle , rectangle
Here we go.
4、Make the chant.
5、Act it out.
Step4:Play a guessing game.
T shows the pictures,Ss guess “what shapes is it ”
Step5: TPR
Put up your two hands .Show me your ten fingers like T.
Make a circle like this.
Make a triangle like this.
Make a rectangle like this.
Make a square like this.
T does acts ,Ss say.
Step6: Summing up.
Sum up this lesson.
Step7: Homework
1. Ss read the shapes and chant for their parents.
2. 请联系生活找找与我们今天学的形状的物品，看看谁找到得最多。
