?技巧点拨
新闻是对最近发生的事实的报道。具体地讲，新闻是一种客观存在的事实。这种事实在时间上是最近发生的；在内容上是新鲜的；在价值上是大家所关心和需要的，并且需要通过新闻工具和其他各种手段进行报道传播。其最大的特点是真实。新闻报道，记录的是发生过的事情，因此凡涉及此报道的具体内容，应用一般过去时表达。
英文新闻报道通常包括以下四个部分：
1．标题：标题是新闻的题目，是编辑对最有新闻价值的内容的浓缩、概括。为了撷取新闻要点、诠释新闻意义、吸引读者阅读，好的标题应该简洁明了。如：

2．导语：导语是消息的开头的第一段或第一句话，它扼要地揭示出消息的核心内容。如：
