在感叹句中修饰名词。因为名词分为可数名词和不可数名词，所以what引导的感叹句有两种结构：
①What

形容词+可数名词单数(+主语+动词)！

why
not
在口语中表示同意或赞成，意为“好的；可以呀；为什么不”。在表示建议时，”why
not”后面要接动词原形。
