教材分析 本单元重点是学生学会所有的字母认读与书写。本课的中较易混淆的是字母Pp与Qq的书写。同时，初步接触颜色的问答，学生学习过程中有一定难度。
学情分析 三年级的学生正处于少年时期，孩子们具有好奇、好活动、爱表现、善模仿等特点。他们喜欢新鲜事物，对陌生语言的好奇心能激起他们对外语的兴趣。
基于前面三课关于字母的书写学习，本课教授较为简单，学生比较容易掌握。对于颜色由于是初次学习，可能对于句型学习有些难度。
教学目标 知识与技能目标 1、学生能认读、书写字母：Oo，Pp，Qq, Rr，了解它们在单词中的读音。
2、学生能听懂、会说并认读下列词汇：red, yellow ,blue, green。

(出示字母卡片)
T: Look at the blackboard. Read after me: Oo
Write with me.
T: Who can read?
T: Look at the orange. This is an orange. Read after me.
T: Who can read?
（强调o在单词中的发音。）
T: Who can remember any words that start with the letter“o”？
提示学生字母Oo 后面紧跟的字母是什么？
Pp，Qq, Rr和上面的教法一样，提醒学生注意Pp，Qq的写法。
2、Learn the important sentences structures.
T: Look! I have a pencil. What colour is it?
T: Oh, it’s red.
(在黑板上画铅笔并涂色、板书)
T：Now, let’s listen to the tape and read after it.
(yellow, blue, green 和上面的教法一样。)

板书，领着学生书写，提醒学生注意笔顺和字母在四线三格中的位置。

Step 3 Practice
and Consolidation 1、Play a game.
T: Let’s play a game. Listen and draw. Please write Oo，Pp，Qq, Rr. First, colour them red, yellow, blue and green. Then answer my questions: What colour is Oo，Pp，Qq, Rr?
2、Make a dialogue with your partners.

3、Let’s do it.
Guide the students to complete the task on page 25.
Ss: Write the letters and colour them.
