2. sing a song
T: Do you remember the chant《Ten little fingers》?
S: Yes. T: Ok! Let’s sing。
Step2. lead-in
1. Teacher use the pictures to ask the student:How many dogs?How manycats? How many fingers?
2. Let’s count numbers from “one” to “ten”.
Step3. New concept
1、Listen to the tape and guess the story by the picture in your book.
2、Listen to the tape again and answer the following question.

② How old is Danny?
③ How old is Jenny?
④ How old is Lyee?
3、Check the answer and read the dialogue together.
4、Act out the dialogue in roles.
