知识目标：
1.能熟读Let's
talk中的四个单词：big,
small

short并辨认其词形及词义。
2.能了解对话大意并熟读课文。
二、能力目标：
1.能够使用核心句型“Look
at
the...It
has...”在模拟情境中向他人描述动物的外貌特征。
2.培养学生的语言交际能力，以及

通过本课的学习，让学生认识更多的动物以及它们的外貌特征，引导学生进行发现式的学习，逐步提高他们对学习英语的信心和口语交际能力。
教学重难点
教学重点：
能够掌握单词long,
short,big,small并了解它们是两组反义词；以及句型“Look
at
the...It
has...”。
教学难点：
能够将上面所学的四个词汇和句型“Look
at
the...It
has...”运用到日常口语交际中。
教学过程
一、Warm
up
1.先用Let's
do让学生跟着视频一起动起来，活跃气氛，快速进入到上课的状态。
二、Presentation
1.单词：呈现两个不同大小的苹果，教授big和small
呈现两支不同长度的钢笔，教授long和short
再通过造句，It
has
big
eyes...等，让学生在句型中了解这四个单词的意思，初步感知本课重点句型。
The
opposite
song：通过一首含有本节课4个互为反义词的英语儿歌让学生了解什么是opposite，并额外补充两组，同时也鼓励学生课后继续寻找更多的opposites.
句型：创设情境“Let's
go
to
the
zoo
and
see
some
animals.”让学生在模拟情境中运用核心词汇和句型来描述四种动物的特征。例如：Look
at
the
giraffe.
It
has
a
long
neck.
课文：Let's
learn先播放课文的flash（无字幕），然后抛出问题Which
animal
do
they
see？→They
see
an
elephant.
然后一句一句讲解，再让学生通过模仿视频里外教老师的发音，培养学生的模仿能力和正确地发音能力。
三、Practice
1.
Read
and
choose
通过呈现四个动物以及它们的明显外貌特征，让学生选择正确的短语，主要是考察学生能否区分It
has+a+adj+单数名词；It
has+adj+复数名词这两个搭配。
2.
Listen
and
tick
通过听录音选择合适的图片的练习，锻炼学生的听力，也是检测学生对核心句型的掌握情况。
3.Draw
and
say
通过边画边说的方式，让学生用It
has...句型来描述自己画出来的东西，既操练了句型，又发挥学生的想象力和创造力。
