Step 1:Warm-up
1.播放本单元歌曲“In a nature park”，学生跟唱，模仿发音。
2.教师拿出forest，lake，river，hill，mountain的单词卡片，学生开火车读单词。
3.利用课件展示nature park图片，T：“Is there a …in the park?” Ss: Yes, there is./No, there isn’t.
Step 2: Presentation
1.教授新单词，教师出授图片boat小船，T：“What’s this?”Ss：“小船。”T:“Yes, this is a boat，在小船上可以干什么呢？”Ss:“go boating”,教师做动作，学生猜测。教授单词“boat”和“go boating”。
2.介绍Let’s talk部分对话背景。听录音，第一遍播放录音的时候学生跟读，模仿对话录音中的语音、语调。第二遍听录音时，思考以下问题并回答：
（1）Where do they go?
(2)Is there a river in the forest?
(3)Is there a lake in the forest?
(4)Are there any small boats?
3.第三次播放录音，小声跟读、精听，要求做到尽量每个单词都能听懂，并能够翻译对话大意。
4.根据自己所听的语音语调，小组相互练习对话，拿出人物头饰，并合作表演对话，教师对表演情况予以点评。
Step 3：Consolidation and extension
1.完成Let’s try部分听力，听的时候要做好关键词记录，听之前要了解听力背景。
2.运用“Is there …?”“Yes, there is. No, there isn’t.”来结合你所看到的相互问答。

Step 4:Homework
背诵Let’s talk部分的对话，并能和partner有感情地将对话表演出来。
