Write a report according to the following chart.
Most of us have a healthy diet. We usually have bread, noodle, milk and rice porridge for our breakfast, which are rich in fibre and protein. As for snacks, some don’t have the habit of having snacks between meals; some have cakes with much milk and chocolate as their snacks. As for lunch and dinner, most of us have both vegetables and meat. Noodles and rice are always our staple(主食) food.
One possible version
We think although there are healthy food and junk food in our diet, it doesn’t mean that we don’t have any junk food. The problem is that we should take in appropriate amount of them to keep the balance of nutrients. Also more food we take in than what we need is harmful to our health.
