I. Warming up
1.Learn the new words and phrases of this unit.
2.Show some photos to the student to study them. Make the students recite them.
3.Let them do the exercises and then check the answers.
T: Let抯 do some exercises to check the words and phrases we have learned. Please read them and recite them by your heart, they are very useful.
S: Okay.
T: Then let抯 do some exercises by yourselves. I will ask one student to show your answers. OK?
S: Ok.

II. While-task activities
Let抯 learn the proper nouns.
名词可分为专有名词和普通名词两大类。
专有名词是特定的某人、地方或机构的名称,即:人名,地名,国家名,单位名,组织名,等等。专有名词的第一个字母必须大写。例如:Hemingway海明威 Russia 俄罗斯New York 纽约 United Nations联合国
再如:Hong Kong, China, Bill Clinton
普通名词表示一类人或东西或是一个抽象概念的名称,如:worker, camera, steel等。
英语中根据专有名词前是否带冠词可分为两类:
一类是零冠词,如Yale University, Beijing Railway station是由专有名词+普通名词组成,往往为并列关系。
另一类属于带冠词,如The United States,The Great Wall由形容词+普通名词组成。
