Scanning

moving
our
eyes
quickly
over

text

look

specific
information

names

numbers.
We

not
need

read
every
word.

look
for

key
information

our

Scanning
is
often
used
when
we
read:
some
parts
like
“What’s
on
TV”
in
the
newspaper.
