Healthy Habits
Today I want to show you some ways to keep our body healthy.
Firstly, we need to have healthy eating habits.
Breakfast gives us enough energy for a whole day work. So don't go to school without breakfast. Fruit and vegetables are good for our health, but fast food, like potato chips, will make us fat and unhealthy. So eat the right food to keep us healthy.
You are what you eat.
A balanced diet
A balanced diet is beneficial to (=do good to) our health.
Secondly, playing sports can also help us keep fit.
Take proper exercise
1.Walking
(4 or 5 per week30-40minutes)
2.Riding
3.Running
(30minutes or more)
4.Climbing stairs
5. Doing aerobics

6.Doing yoga
And happiness is also important for our health.
When we are ill, try to be happy and then we'll feel better. On the contrary, we may feel sick if we are always unhappy. So, be happy to be healthy.
The last but not least, we should say no to smoking and drinking.
Many students think that it is cool to smoke and drink. But they don't know smoking and drinking can cause many illness.

How to choose healthy foods to eat on the go?
(=healthy snacks)
A lot of students asked me about tips on healthy foods to eat on the go. And I do have some for you. The great thing is that these great snacks aren’t just for students. They’re great for anyone who’s super busy! Things like oatmeal(燕麦片), peanut butter, low-fat yogurt, and nuts. Keep these in your locker, bag, desk, or wherever you can get to them easiest. Stock up on(=store) portable(=convenient) healthy snacks, and you’ll feel just a little better.

I can not live without sports. When it comes to weekend, a variety of activities are waiting for me.
Every Friday night I head towards the stadium to play badminton with my friends.
Saturday night is basketball night. Playing basketball helps me stretch my body to the fullest, especially my neck, which is painful after a whole week’s office work. Besides, what makes me feel awesome is that I can run as I throw the basketball directly into the net. And who says girls can not play basketball.
Swimming is definitely the part I can’t miss. Two-hour’s nonstop swimming is the record I always keep and hope to break in the near future.
What’s more, jogging is what I am crazy about recently, as I feel terrific challenging myself in the long run game.
As for the eating habits, the one I feel a little shy to share is that I eat slowly.
It is not that slowly.
However, it is REALLY PRETTY SLOWLY.
That is the reason why every noon you can see me in the school dining room.
When the teachers are eating, I am eating.
When the students come to eat, I am eating.
And when the students leave, I am still eating.
Even so, I still want to say that eating slowly is a healthy habit and please try to eat as slowly as possible as I do.
In addition, I’m addicted to eating all kinds of vegetables and fruits and have a balanced diet, which can provide me with enough vitamins.
Last but not least, I want to say that nothing’s gonna change my love for water, and I never drink beverage.
On weekdays, I rarely take exercise, so I plan to take 30-minute exercise every day from now on. Honestly speaking, I’m not that sure about it, so please keep an eye on me.
What I feel a little guilty to share is that I sometimes lose myself in junk food. As you’ve guessed, Hamburger, fried chicken, and French fries are also the food I always order in KFC.
What’s worse, I have a sweet tooth. However, I do think it is time to stop eating chocolate, ice-cream and cookies, as I intend to set an example to you, my dear students.
