一、教学目标
1.知识目标
(1)能够听懂、会说并认读词汇go shopping.
(2)能够正确听、说、读、写单词sunny , cloudy.
(3)能在语言情境中理解文本内容,熟练朗读并表演对话。
2.能力目标
(1)能在实际情境中运用所学功能句型how's the weather today? it's ....来询问天气以及做相应的回答。。
(2)在唱一唱、说一说、演一演的活动中提高语言综合运用能力。
3.情感、策略目标
(1)培养学生大胆开口,主动表达、主动参与课堂的热情。
(2)能够在真实语境中使用所学句型询问天气。
(3)能够根据不同的天气安排不同的活动。
二、学情分析
(1)认知特点:本课的教学对象为小学四年级学生,他们已经具备了较好的语言知识基础和语言交际能力。听、说、读、写能力已初步形成并具有良好的小组合作意识。
(2)知识储备:在学习本课之前学生已经掌握go swimming, go to school, go to the zoo, play football等多个表示活动的短语,并能用句式Shall we…? , Let’s....等进行基本表达。本课主要学习如何询问天气的句型及回答,并根据不同的天气安排不同的活动。
三、重点难点
1.教学重点
(1)掌握本课词汇,理解运用本课重点句型:How's the weather today? It's....
(2)在教学过程中培养学生的口语表达能力以及交流能力和合作意识。
采取措施:本节课我主要通过英语歌曲——激发兴趣;交流讨论——感知语言;小组表演——操练语言;创编对话——运用语言,引导学生通过感知、理解、体验提高语言综合运用能力。
2.教学难点
(1)能够灵活天气的句型来进行问答练习。
(2)区分sunny和cloudy的读音和释义的不同。
采取措施:利用已学的旧知来引出新知,降低学习新知的难度。用形象直观的图片来突破重点单词的学习和区分。
四、教学过程
Step 1 : Warming-up &Revision
1.师生问好
T: good morning, boys and girls! Welcome to my class.
Ss: Good morning! Miss Li.
T: Look here, this is our task. Today we are going to learn lesson 22, we’ll learn two new words , some sentences about the weather and a dialogue about Lisa and her mum. I hope you all can do your best and learn more today.
设计意图:通过轻松愉快的开场,学生们能快速的进入英语学习氛围。同时教师交代本节课的任务,让学生对所学知识能有初步了解。
2. Show Time
Hot weather, cold weather, which do you like? Let’s chant together. Stand up, please.
师生一起说歌谣。
3.Games
A.T: Great! Do you like games?
Ss: Yes!
T: Ok, now let’s have a PK. I’ll show you some pictures and try to say out the words as quickly as you can. Ready? Go! Let’s say weather, weather , go!
教师出示图片,选两个学生进行猜词比赛,先猜出来的获得奖励。
B.T: The second game is called “turn ,turn , go, go, go !” Here’s a turntable. Turn it and it will stop when you say stop. Then try to say out the sentences. Who wants to have a try?
Let’s say turn turn ,go go go.
学生根据指针的指示说出句子。
设计意图:通过游戏来复习所学知识,学生乐学。
Step 2 Presentation
1.T: Now look at this picture, who are they?
Ss: Lisa and her mum.
T: Yes. They are Lisa and her mum. What do they want to go? Can you guess?
Ss: go to the zoo? Go swimming? Go to school? Play football….
T: Maybe. Well , I’ll show you three choices, listen and choose the right answer.播放录音
T: So what do they want to do ? which answer is right?
Ss: B.
T: Yes. Lisa and her mum want to go shopping.
T: Do you like going shopping?
Ss: Yes.
T: well, maybe your mother likes going shopping very much. And so do I. but I think you like chant. Here抯 a chant for go shopping. Practice it in your group, and then show it to us.
2.T: Well, I have another question. Lisa and her mum want to go shopping, but how抯 the weather today? Can you guess?
Ss: The students guess the weather.
T: Ok, now let抯 listen and try to find the answer by yourself.
The weather is 搒unny. Good, look here, sun, sunny. Follow me, sunny. Sunny.
Please read it with a smile. Sunny. Group 3, group 4. Good!
Can you spell it? Show me your finger, let抯 spell it together. S-u-n-n-y. group 5, please spell and read it.
3.T: Well a sunny day is also a nice day, a fine day and a lovely day. Got it? Do you like sunny day? Me too. And I want to share a song with you, sunny day. Let抯 enjoy it. If you can sing , sing with it.
4.T: What a nice song! But now it’s time to do task. Here are four words , listen and match them to a sentence. Take out your word cards, please.
学生听录音,用词卡拼出How's the weather today?
教师教授该句型。
Now let’s play a chain game. There are some pictures, come and choose one, then ask and answer with “how’s the weather today? It’s … in your group. Please stand in a line.
学生进行接龙问答,找两组。
5.T: look at this picture, how’s the weather? It’s sunny. 播放课件,出现打雷声,天变暗,乌云来了。教师边播放课件,边说:oh, dear! What’s wrong? Oh, dear! Oh, dear! Is it sunny now? no, it’s cloudy. Follow me, cloudy. Cloudy. Group1, please read it. Now let’s spell it.
T: can you make a chant for cloudy ? practice it in your groups.
Who wants to show it to us?
T: I’ll show a sentence. It’s your time to read it. can you read it while it changes from sunny to cloudy? 找学生读这个句子。用yes, it is. 来评价。
T: look at this picture, how’s the weather? It’s cloudy. Oh, Lisa and her mum want to go shopping on a sunny, but now it’s cloudy. What will mum say? Can you guess.
T:Let’s listen. And Lisa says “ yes, it is. “ well, what may Lisa also say?
6.T: Do you like the dialogue? Let’s watch the cartoon?
T: now it’s reading time. Please read it beautifully, clearly and loudly.
学生读课文,并展示。
Step 3. Practice.
1. Task 1 Try to be a weather reporter
教师讲解任务:well, do you know this signs? What does this sign mean? Where can you see these signs? Weather report. Yes, when we watch the weather report , we can see these signs. And the weather is different in different cities. Look at the map of china. Maybe it’s sunny in Tianjin, but it’s rainy in Jiangsu, or it’s hot in sanya, and it’s very cold in harbin. The weather is different. And look at this map of the world. Can you find china? Yes, we are in the north pole. And it’s hot in china. But maybe in Australia, it’s very cool. That’s task 1 . try to be a weather reporter , and tell us the weather in different places.
2. Task 2 try to make up a dialogue about the season.
3. Act out the dialogue of lesson 22.
学生准备并表演对话。
Step 4. Summary
T: (指向板书)Look here, sunny day and cloudy day, which do you like? Most of you like sunny day. And I hope it will be sunny everyday in your life. And you can study well, play well everyday. Here is a song for you, let’s enjoy it.
Step 5. Homework
Talk about the weather with your parents and try to record the weather of this week.
