Lesson 6
一、教学目标
依据本课的教学内容及知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与文化意识有机结合的原则,我将本课的具体教学目标设计如下:
1.能听、说、认读单词:TV reporter, policeman.
2.在游戏活动中,帮助学生灵活运用本单元所学表示职业的词汇进行职业介绍。
3.在小组合作学习活动中,引导学生正确运用句型:What does …… do?询问他人的职业信息。
4.通过趣味小故事的阅读和表演,提高学生自主阅读和综合运用语言的能力。
5.通过歌曲、韵律、游戏、表演等多样化的教学活动等不同的评价形式激发学生大胆发言,培养积极合作的学习品质。
6.使学生对不同职业的意义有更深一步的认知,从而形成良好的职业理想。
7.在本课教学中,有效引导学生感知家庭的温暖,培养学生热爱、感恩家人的优秀品质。
二、教学重点
在真实的语言环境,学生能正确运用句型:Who’s this ……? He/She’s …… What does your …… do? He/She’s a/an …… 问答人物及人物的职业.
正确理解、表演本课小故事,提高学生语言综合运用能力。
通过本课教学,引导学生热爱家庭、孝敬父母的积极情感。
三、教学难点
在各项教学活动中,有效引导学生正确理解、灵活运用重点词句表情达意。充分发挥多媒体课件的作用,较好利用课堂资源,提高课堂教学的实效性。
四、教学活动
1、Warm-up
(一)Warm-up
1. Sing an English song—“ I love my family.” together.
T: Who’s this man/ woman?
S1: He’s the girl’s father. (Show the first letter “f” on the picture)
S2: She’s the girl’s mother. (Show the first letter “m” on the picture)
T: Do you love your father and mother?
Ss: Yes. Father and mother, I love you!
Teach the word: family
通过播放歌曲营造轻松、愉快的课堂氛围。学生通过观看视频并演唱歌曲,初步感知本课教学内容,激发学生学习兴趣。
2. T: Today we are family。Now I’m Liuqian.I’ll do magic now.
Look!what’s this?
Ss: China、中国国旗……
T:Yes,this is a Chinese Flag。Where are you from?
S1:I’m from China.
T:Can you ask all of us “Where are you from?”
S1:Yes,where are you from?
Ss:We are from China.
T:Good.Look,Who is she?
Ss:Mother……
T:Yes,so your group is called China Group!ok?
Ss:Ok.
同法将学生分为Singapore Group,England Group,Canada Group.鼓励学生为自己的组多得爱心。
用这种猜测的方法为学生分组既拉近了师生的距离,又有效地复习了本单元的重点句型,并建立了本节课的小组合作方式和评价方式。
2、Activities
(1)T: Today I’m not a teacher, I’m a TV reporter.(hold a microphone)
Show the students video and learn the new word: TV reporter (show the word card)
T: I’m a TV reporter. I have some questions. Who’s this boy/girl?(point a student each time)
Ss: He’s /She’s …….
T: Who wants to be a TV reporter?
Ss: I’m a TV reporter.
借助话筒让学生理解职业的意义,借助单词卡片和短片帮助学生直观认知和朗读生词。通过表达职业理想引导学生表达生词,通过角色扮演体验职业的功能,同时操练了本单元重点句型,为本课教学创设了真实的语言情境。
(2)T: OK!I know some of you.Today we have another frind,let’ s see.
Ss: Is he …?
T:This is 哆啦A梦。Who want to interview him?Where are you from?What does your mother do?
TV reporter: What does your mother/father do?
(write the sentence structure on the blackboard.)
A: My mother is a teacher. My father is a doctor.what does your father/mother do ?
S1:My mather is a …….My father is ……
A:Miss Li,what does your father/mother do?
T:oh,I’can show you.Do you know?what do they do?
A:oh ,cool!Your father is a policeman and your mother is a policewoman.
T:Yes ,they are the police.children ,do you know what does my father/mother do?
Ss:policeman ,policewoman ,警察……
Teach the new words: policeman policewoman
通过和哆啦A梦对话操练学生自然运用一般疑问句和特殊疑问句问答人物及职业。这样的设计极大激发了学生的学习兴趣、提高了学生参与教学活动的积极性。同时将课本与学生生活实际相联系,增强了教学的真实感。
(3) Practise the drill in pairs with neighbour.
A: What does your ……do? B: He’s/She’s a/an ……
将扮演电视记者的活动贯穿课的始终,使学生在转盘游戏中拓展词汇,巩固句型,提高课堂教学效率。
(4) Play a missing game. Show some pictures about different jobs. And let students find:which is missing?What does he/she do?
通过找丢失的单词游戏,归纳总结所学的表示职业的单词。教师引导学生按照字形构成给这些词进行分类,有效提高学生记忆单词的效率,充分体现了教师注重运用词汇教学法。
(5) Practise and act the chant together with the rhythm.
—What does your father do? —My father is a policeman.
—What does your mother do? —My mother is a teacher.
—Is your brother a farmer? — No, he’s a driver.
—Is your sister a nurse? — Yes, she’s a nurse.
将本课的重点句型及重点词汇编成动感十足的韵律歌谣,带领学生说唱、表演,进一步巩固了教学重难点,并将课堂学习氛围带入了高潮,学生学的轻松愉悦,充分体现了学生学习的主体地位。
3、New Lesson
(1) Show the picture of Jim and Yang Ming.
T: What does Jim’s father do? S: He’s a teacher.
T: What does Yang Ming’s mum/father do? (Show the questions on the screen.)
First have two students read two questions, and then have the class watch the flash carefully and then answer the questions. At last have two students write the answer sentences on the blackboard.
借助第四课已学知识自然导入两个问题,并让学生带着问题观看课文视频, 从而提高听说效率,教师注重听力策略的指导。
(2)T:Listen ! What does the policeman say?
Ss: Be careful!
Show the picture of 3 boys in danger. (One boy is cutting the apple with sharp knife. The second boy is lighting the firecrackers. The third boy is playing around the river.) Guide students say “Be careful!” from the hearts.
借助图片创设语境,增强语言的真实感,提升学生运用语言的积极性。同时加强了对学生的安全教育。
4、Practice
Play the flash again. Students listen and repeat the story sentence by sentence. Then open the books and practice reading in threes, then show us.
整体理解课文内容,规范学生的语音、语调, 夯实语言技能的训练。
5、Show Time
1.哆啦A梦有三个礼物,同学们任选礼物打开礼物,完成任务,得到heart
Task 1: Act Fun Story.
Task 2: Act in drama.
Task 3: Act a new chant about jobs.
Have students practice in groups and then show us one by one.
为学生设计三种不同的表演方式,目的在于充分体现学生学习的主体性。学生可以根据自己的喜好、特长或能力任意选择学习任务,这使课堂教学在很大意义上做到了面向全体。此环节也充分展示了学生的书写、创新、表演、音乐、合作等能力,帮助学生树立了学习的自信心,让孩子们深刻感受到了的学习的进步。
2.Summary
T: Do you love your families? And why?
Play the video, have students feel love from families.
通过观看视频引发学生对家人的感恩,将本课话题进行升华。
Have students take out the hearts they have get, select the winner family. The gifts are flowers for their family. At last have students write some words on the heart paper to show the love to the families.
TV reporter: What do you want to say to your family?
S: Thank you, mum and dad. ……
本课教学在终结性评价上采用了礼品奖励和精神奖励两种,这两种奖励方式不但与学生的口语表达及书面表达紧密联系,而且达到了将知识学以致用、抒发情感的目的,使学生享受其中。
6、Homework
Must do: Read Fun Story (one heart) .
Choose to do: Make a video. (two hearts)
Make a poster. (three hearts)
选择性作业体现作业层次,评价的运用激发学生作业兴趣。
