教学内容分析 Module 8 Choosing presents. Unit 2 She often goes to concerts . 本模块以生日聚会为题材，生日对每个人来说都十分重要，过生日不仅是个人行为，也反映出一定的文化特点。本节内容既贴近学生生活又是中学生感兴趣的话题，容易引起学生注意，吸引学生学习兴趣。本节课是整个模块的基础课，是整个模块延续的基石，具有重要作用。教材重点是用一般现在时和“somebody likes... She often/usually/always/sometimes does……”等的句型描述亲人和朋友们的喜好及如何为他们选生日礼物。教材难点是如何在实际生活中灵活运用此种表达方式。
学习者分析 我的学生是两极分化非常严重，中等生偏多，但对英语学习兴趣浓，好奇心强，求知欲旺盛，教材内容无法满足学生的需求，教师的讲授法无法引领全体学生。通过任务型教学法和小组互助式的学习法，激发学生学习的兴趣，让学生乐学，好学，善学。

4.What do you often get on your birthday ? 教师出示教学目标后，口头给出一个问题，在学生的答语中找到有关生日的答案，然后引出本节课。
Step 2: Pre-task 1.Show the words and expressions in groups (A /B/C)
2.Then check and correct each other. 以小组内分层的形式进行板前展示单词,然后进行互批互评。
Step 3: While-task Show some pictures of birthday presents. Then ask the students to look at them and choose your birthday presents. Why?
Listen and read the Activity Two.
Read the passage and match the people with what they like doing. And choose presents from the pictures in Activity 1 for them.
Complete the passage with the correct form of the words from the box .
Make a good plan about choosing birthday presents by Mind Map.
Learn the important knowledge points
