1.重点：1. there be表示“某地有某人(某物)” 。动词be在人称和数上应与其后的主语保持一致。
2. How many意为“多少？” ，用于询问数量。
2.难点：There be句型的一般疑问句：将be动词(is/are)移至there之前：
Is/Are there+(数量)+名词+地点？
肯定答语：Yes, there is/are.
否定答语：No, there isn’t/aren’t.
