教学活动小结
教学活动 过程分析
这次教学活动对于我来说是一次非常好的机会,所以我十分珍惜这次学习活动,在学习活动过程中,我认真倾听老师们的精彩讲课,认真做好学习笔记,积极并按时完成评价。上课的老师们给我留下了深刻的印象,我也试着将老师们经验和自身所教学有机结合起来,丰富自己的课堂,提高自身的教学水平。同时和同事一起进行了交流,互相借鉴、学习感悟。通过这次活动,我知道了应该如何更好的完善自己,为以后的教学打好基础。
一、拓展了视野,教学设计有了新的思路
经过这次学习,使我更明白了教师的教学设计要贴近生活,活生生的物体更能调动学生的学习积极性。
二、在自己的教学活动中,我要当好学习者
作为教师一定要充分相信学生,信任他们完全有学习的能力。把机会交给学生,俯下身子看学生的生活,平等参与学生的研究。教师把探究的机会交给学生,学生就能充分展示自己学习的方法。我积极参与,向同行学习先进的教学教改经验,认真组织学生自主预习、合作探究,充分发挥了学生的学习积极性。在教学中积极渗透“新课标”的要求,准确把握课程改革方向,注重培养学生的科学探究能力。积极参与各级科研课题的实验研究,确立课题,不断实践,努力提高自己的教学科研水平。
三、理论实践二者缺一不可。
作为一名中学英语教师,课堂教学实践中不断总结经验,联系理论知识,让理论找到检验它的舞台。学习中,把自己的困惑和经验在平台上交流,让困惑得到了解答,经验得到了传递。
教学活动反思
活动反思 本次教研活动收获很大,我们深深感受到了教师教学基本功的扎实的重要性。课堂上学生的部分展示让人耳目一新,学生们自信可爱的神态,流利悦耳的英文表达,把我一下子就吸引住了!当时我心里就在想,如果每节课都有有这样的效果,何愁英语教学不出成绩。本节课给我最大的感受,是教师在教学中一定要充分的信任学生、给学生充足的展示时间。 总之,通过课后评课和反思,使我们在这一过程中不断领悟英语新课程的新理念,促使我们不断成长;当然,课堂活动的时间控制稍有欠缺,做适当调整,若细化到落实课堂练习检测就更完美了。
