1、能够正确使用下列单词和词组:
earthquake, warn, inside, under, window, keep, clear (of) , calm, brave
句型: 1)祈使句。2.)用must, can, should,mustn’t,can’t, shouldn’t等提出建议的句子。
2、能理解文章大意及结构,读懂关于突发事故及其相应措施的文字材料,掌握细节信息。
3、能够以地震中如何进行自我保护为主题写出相应的建议,并且能够批判性地用情态动词must, can, mustn’t, can’t等提出自己的观点。
4、培养学生在灾难中的自我保护意识和应对突发事故的能力。
四、教学重难点:
1、能读懂关于突发事故及其相应措施的文字材料,理解文章大意,掌握细节信息。(重点)
2、能够以地震中如何进行自我保护为主题写出相关文段。(难点)
五、教学准备:
课堂整体运用任务型教学模式,培养学生独立自主的学习能力。本课指导学生通过扫读,查读和精读获取相关信息,培养学生的读写技能。在教学过程中,采用多媒体手段辅助教学,利用各种图片和习题任务贯穿整个教学过程。因此,本节课需准备:PPT课件、自已制作的简易地图和贴纸。

Show a quiz and check how much they know about the earthquake.
Work in pairs and talk about in different situations,people have different ways to save themselves.

让学生从整体把握文章的结构。
同时通过让学生用建议的句型改写句子,教会学生如何提建议,同时培养学生的批判必思维。
