一、教学内容分析： 中考话题24 stories and poems 包括三册书四个模块，其中涉及到中外著名作家、外国故事、书评等相关内容。涉及主动语态和被动语态，特别是九年级上M7 的主要语法项目就是被动语态；设计到的时态有一般过去时、过去进行时等。学生对于其中的一些人物和故事是很熟悉，但是如果让学生用自己的话详细系统的来介绍这些人物和故事并不是一件轻松容易的事情，并且进一步巩固一般现在时的被动语态和练习写自己喜欢作品的书评应该是本节课的难点。
二、教学目标： 1. 语言知识目标

能够听懂他人讲诉的著名作家和外国故事

能够读懂难度适中的英文故事和书评
能够写出自己喜欢作品的书评
3. 学习策略目标
能够小组合作汇报一个话题
能够用自己的话讲一个英文小故事，
4.情感态度：练习用英文讲故事，并能写英文书评，能增强学生的成就感，从而激发学习英语的热情。
5. 文化意识目标
通过阅读，了解中外著名作家和英文故事，培养学生热爱阅读的好习惯，而让学生练习写书评，是让学生把自己的所读所想所感表达出来，培养学生善于总结归纳的好习惯。
三、教学重点和难点： 1.教学重点：

（3） 体会书评的结构，练习写出自己喜欢作品的书评。

Stage1
1Guessing game
（1）PPT曾现一下不完整的句子，先完成句子，再猜这句描述的是谁的事迹。

2. （1）主复习七年级下M9和 九年级上M9
读文，看语法，注意重点单词
（2） 小组合作三个人或四个人，一起谈一谈某个著名作家的生平，
可从Mark Twain， William Shakespeare， Confucius 中选择一个
关于孔子的信息，学生课前自己查找了相关资料。
每组只谈一位作家即可。
提示：可以利用时间轴说出相关事件，使条理清晰。

【设计意图通过复习这两个模块，学生复习了一般过去时和一般现在时被动语态两个语法项目复述的工程，学生会用到对应模块的重点单词和短语。最后，总结并强调刻被动语态的用法。

Stage3 书评
1.再复习九年级上M7，让学生总结文章的结构。
独立思考完，小组讨论研究，代表汇报。

2. 根据上题，写出自己的书评。
要求：可以写刚刚复习过的这俩个故事，也可以写其他你喜欢的故事。
