一、教材分析:
(一) 教材的地位及作用:
本单元是九年级英语的最后一单元,它既是对于初中生活的回顾, 又是对高中生活的向往,同时还是英语知识的总结和巩固。本单元主要是通过介绍学生四年的初中学习情况和主要成长历程,来激励学生们在以后的学习中更加努力,争取更好成绩!同时,教材还教育学生们注意团结同学,尊敬师长,为自己创设和谐的生活环境,让自己的心理健康发展。通过本单元的学习, 要让学生们学会求知,学会做事,学会共处, 学会求知,学会做事,学会共处,学会做人
(二) 教学目标
1.知识目标:
1)掌握Unit12 词汇、短语、句子,并能熟练 应用。
2)学会运用所学时态回忆初中生活。
2. 能力目标:
培养学生灵活运用知识的能力。
3. 情感教学目标:
①通过本单元的学习,和大家分享过去的记忆和经历
②展望即将来到的高中生活
③总结初中的学习经验。并回忆帮助过自己的同学和老师,学会感恩。
(三)教学重点与难点:
重点:如何运用所学时态描述自己的初 中学习生活。
难点:学生实际运用语言能力的培养
二、 教法
为了更好地突出重点,突破难点,我主要采用了:
1.任务型教学法:
让学生带着任务去完成各项活动,避免了学习的盲目性和无目的性,并且学生还会体验到成功的喜悦,同时也培养了学生逻辑分类与表述能力。
2.小组竞赛教学法:
小组竞赛教学法 既提高了学生的兴趣,又培养了他们的集体荣誉感,是他们学习更有积极性。
3.讨论法:
课堂教学应充分发挥其民主性,师生之间共同讨论,教与学互动,有利于激发学生思维的积极性以及情感体验。
4. 多媒体辅助教学法:
借助多媒体课件,如播放符合学生毕业主题的优美歌曲,让学生更加留恋初中的生活,增进同学之间的友情,不忘老师的辛勤教育。通过对一系列幻灯片的展示,可以给学生营造良好的学习氛围,帮助学生建立立体可感的视听形象。
5.点拨式教学法:
教学中,学生应是教学的主体,教师起到的是主导的作用。教师在学生最需要帮助时
要进行适当的点拨,化解难点,引领学生更好地运用英语语言,提高运用语言的能力。
三、 学法
1. 自主学习法:
课前安排学生对本单元所学的内容加以复习,并总结本单元的知识点。
2. 合作学习法:
通过分组练习,讨论和交流,使得人人开口说英语,用英语,培养他们积极参与,善于合作的团队精神
3.训练提高法:
通过一系列的习题来对所学知识进行巩固,并熟练运用,加以提高。

2. used to be sacred of a teacher
used to + do: “过去常常”表示过去习惯性的动作或状态, 但如今已不存在。
Mother used not to be so forgetful. Scarf used to take a walk. (过去常常散步)
be used to + doing: 对……已感到习惯, 或“习惯于”, to是介词, 后需加名词或动名词。
He is used to smoking.
He is used to taking a walk. (现在习惯于散步)
3. I have the ability to do good work.
ability 为名词, 通常会用在表达
a. 有能力去做什么事 ability to do sth
例: He has the ability to get the job done quickly. 他有能力把工作迅速完成。
指有什么样的能力reading/writing/teaching/acting ability
例: Noel’s writing ability was confirmed at a fairly young age. 诺尔的写作能力在很年轻的时候就被肯定了。
在哪种学科或语言上的能力
ability in
例: I want to improve my ability in Mathematics. 我想要改善我的数学计算能力。
be able to为动词词组
表示人能够做什么, 而且通常是不令人惊讶的一般能力
例: Will you be able to get out of bed after a few days 你几天后就能够下床了吗?
例: Lily is able to play with us on Sunday. 连恩星期天就能和我们一起出去玩了。

proud a. 骄傲的,自豪的
例句: Tom is very proud of his new car. 汤姆非常满意自己的新车。
They were poor but proud. 他们虽然穷, 但很有骨气。
