设计理念
课程改革的核心环节是课程实施,而课程实施的基本途径是课堂教学。新课程要求的教学改革,应当贯彻“让课堂充满生命活力、让学生成为学习主人”这一策略思想。这就要求教师改变传统的教学观,引导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于思考,创设能引导学生主动参与的教育环境,激发学生的学习积极性,培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力,使每个学生都得到充分的发展。
教材分析
本单元围绕“Feeling”开展教学活动。Section A 以 “饭店”为话题,用听力对话形式谈论饭店设施对人情绪的影响,引出本单元的重点语言结构 “make + sb.+ adj.” 与“make + sb.+ V.”。
本单元的核心语言项目是“ Talk about how things affect you ”要求学生用 “Loud music makes me tense./Sad movies make me want to leave./I’d rather go to the Blue Lagoon Restaurant beacause I like to listen to quiet music while I’m eating.” 等句式来描述事物对自己的影响。掌握“scientific, pink, hard, shiny” 等形容词的用法。
本单元承接九年级第六单元谈论自己或别人的喜好这一话题,进一步谈论自己对事物的看法。话题取材于生活中常见的饭店与广告,贴近学生的生活。之前,学生已接触并使用过本单元的重点语言结构,并且积累了一定的形容词词汇,所以掌握语言结构“make+sb.+adj.”和“make +sb.+infinitive”并不难,难的是如何恰当地使用语言表达自己的想法与观点。

听说练习结合,小组合作探究。以图为先导、以“说”为台阶、以“听”为目的完成教学任务。倡导合作教学,特别是小组的合作探究,让学生围绕课堂任务分工合作,在活动中相互探讨、相互交流、相互合作,充分利用多媒体教学,增加大量语言输入,使课堂节奏张弛有度,让学生从感知-理解-迁移,克服听说教学的单一性,提高学生运用英语的能力,激发学习英语的兴趣。
教学过程:
总体思路:按照新授课课堂模式,先课前导入,新知识呈现,牢固掌握本课的重点,再进行操练实践和巩固提升突破难点。具体操作时可给学生出示图片,分配任务,小组合作解决问题,循序渐进掌握本节课的内容。
