一、指导思想
高中英语课程标准明确指出阅读教学的目的是:培养阅读策略;培养语感;培养学生的语言应用能力。在教学过程中,教师要注意逐步培养学生的各项阅读微技能;如:fast
reading
;careful
reading;理解大意;了解重点细节;理解文章结构。
教学中以学生体验为主,培养学生爱思考,学以致用的好习惯;英语学习不仅是对语言的学习,更是对文化的学习。在英语教学中,增强学生的跨文化交际意识。
二、教材分析
这是外研社英语第五册第四模块的The
Magic
of
the
Mask,本节设计为阅读和写作课,介绍了有关狂欢节的情况,围绕课文设计了相关练习,通过这些练习学习理解狂欢节的描述、起源和发展,并学会描述中国的传统节日春节。让学生学会尊重外国文化同时更要珍惜和传承中国文化。
学情分析
教学对象是高二普通班学生,英语基础知识和基本技能都是一般水平,学生在英语学习上有困难,有时兴趣不浓。因此,在教学中,遵循有浅入深,循序渐进的原则,让学生通过快读,精读等方式完成难度不同的阅读任务,包括文章分成几部分及大意,细节理解等,积极引导同学们带着兴趣和自信参与到课堂教学中来,逐步将学生引入到写作教学设计中,让他们从中体会到成功的乐趣,提高学生的阅读能力和写作能力。
四、教学目标及重、难点
(一)教学目标
1.知识目标:让学生了解狂欢节的起源,含义,发展和精神。
2.能力目标:让学生学会向不同文化的人介绍节日。
3.情感目标:让学生尊重外国文化并珍惜中国文化。
重难点:让学生掌握如何写关于节日的话题
五、教学方法
运用任务型教学法,提高学生阅读能力;让学生在实践中提高写作能力。
