Delivery
Robots
May
Soon
Be
Knocking
at
Your
Door
With
self-driving
vehicle
technology
rapidly
advancing,
many
companies
are
turning
to
autonomous
robots
for
the
final
leg—the
so-called
last
mile—of
the
delivery
process,
from
the
store
or
local
distribution
center
to
the
customer.
The
latest
to
join
the
trend
is
Amazon.
Following
a
successful
eight-month
test
run
in
Snohomish
County,
Washington,
the
company’s
Scout
robots
have
been
making
the
rounds
of
Irvine,
California,
since
August
6,
2019.
The
six-wheeled
Scout
is
about
the
size
of
a
large
cooler
with
the
ability
to
carry
small
or
medium-sized
packages.
The
battery-powered
vehicle,
which
moves
at
a
regular
walking
pace,
has
been
programmed
to
avoid
pedestrians,
animals,
and
unexpected
obstacles(障碍),
such
as
garbage
cans.
Its
powerful
sensors(传感器)can
also
detect
the
movement
of
a
car
backing
out
of
a
driveway.
While
Amazon
is
focusing
on
home
deliveries,
San
Francisco-based
Starship
Technologies
has
its
eyes
set
on
universities.
On
August
20,
2019,
the
company
announced
plans
to
use
thousands
of
robots
to
deliver
food
and
other
things
to
students
at
college
campuses
across
the
country.
Unlike
Scout,
Starship’s
robots
are
seasoned
workers.
They
have
been
tested
in
over
100
cities
in
20
different
countries
and
successfully
completed
over
100,
000
deliveries.
Meanwhile,
food
and
grocery
delivery
company
Postmates’
robots
are
currently
making
their
rounds
along
the
busy
San
Francisco
streets.
Also
in
testing,
the
robots
can
carry
up
to
50
pounds
and
travel
30
miles
on
a
single
battery
charge.
Though
the
eco-friendly
robots
will
help
free
our
streets
of
bicycles
and
large
delivery
trucks
that
typically
send
packages,
they
have
some
limitations.
They
are
unable
to
climb
stairs
or
open
gates,
which
means
that
they
can
only
reach
consumers
who
live
on
the
ground
level.
Additionally,
the
robots
are
unable
to
leave
packages
at
the
front
door
if
the
customers
are
not
home.
Whether
these
problems
get
solved
remains
to
be
seen.
For
now,
it
appears
that
humans
will
still
be
needed
to
meet
the
ever-growing
demand
for
home
and
office
deliveries.
【小题1】What
does
the

robots
focus
on
students'
food
and
grocery
delivery.
C.The
Scout
can

A.Objective
B.Optimistic
C.Pessimistic
D.Cautious
【小题4】From

A.a
biology

D.a

B
Nobody
likes
to
fail.
It
makes
people
feel
embarrassed
and
discouraged.
What's
worse,
it
may
cause
major
professional
or
personal
trouble
and
lead
to
negativity.
Basically,
failure
is
no
fun
for
most
people.
However,
a
vast
body
of
research
tells
us
that
failure
provides
us
with
a
chance
to
grow
and
develop,
increases
adaptability,
and
helps
protect
against
anxiety.
It's
hard
to
change
the
mindset
(心态)
of
a
lifetime.
But
even
if
we
still
can't
get
over
the
broken
marriage
or
the
failed
College
Entrance
Examination
or
the
work
presentation
that
went
fearfully
wrong,
it
might
not
be
too
late
for
our
kids.
Christy
Pennison,
a
professional
consultant,
says
she
works
with
an
increasing
number
of
kids
and
teens
who
show
significant
anxiety
around
a
fear
of
failure.
She
said,
"We
want
to
protect
our
children,
and
we
want
them
to
live
happy
and
meaningful
lives,
so
we
frequently
tell
them
the
harm
of
failure
and
ask
them
to
avoid
failure.
The
children
experiencing
internal
and
sometimes
extenal
pressure
think
they
shouldn't
fail.
Meanwhile,
we
always
have
high
expectations
of
them.
So
when
they
don't
live
up
to
a
certain
standard,
or
things
don't
go
according
to
the
plans,
they
will
feel
upset
and
anxious."
Pennison
argues
that
failures,
are
often
the
hidden
learning
chances
that
can
help
people
develop
positive
qualities,
like
persistence,
focus,
flexibility,
patience,
and
positive
self-image.
So
what
can
parents
do
to
help
their
children
embrace
(拥抱)
failure
instead
of
avoiding
it
at
all
costs?
Pennison
suggests
directing
praise
towards
the
effort,
not
the
result.
"This
allows
children
to
build
confidence
in
themselves,
"she
explains."
Acknowledging
the
effort
can
give
children
permission
to
try
new
things
without
a
fear
of
failure.
And
the
bigger
picture
is
that
the
development
of
the
mindset
—'I'd
rather
try
and
fail
than
not
try
at
all.'—helps
them
keep
a
belief
in
themselves,
and
expands
their
world
of
possibilities."
As
Pennison
points
out,
we
all
fail,
but
how
we
get
up
after
we
fail
is
what
matters.
【小题1】What
aspect
do
most
people
focus
on
when
thinking
of
failure?
A.The
great
courage
to
face
it.
B.The
efforts
made
to
handle
it.
C.Unexpected
benefits
it
brings.
D.Unpleasant
side
effects
it
brings.
【小题2】What
does
the
author
intend
to
do
in
Paragraph
2?
A.Bring
up
the
main
topic.
B.List
the
challenges
in
our
life.
C.Add
some
background
information.
D.Stress
the
importance
of
the
mindset
【小题3】What
is
mainly
talked
about
in
the
third
paragraph?
A.The
causes
of
children's
anxiety.
B.Christy
Pennison's
comments
on
adolescents.
C.The
consequences
of
overprotecting
children.
D.Christy
Pennison's
experience
in
educating
children.
【小题4】Which
of
the
following
advice
can
help
parents
encourage
kids
to
face
failure?
①
Praise
kids'
every
achievement.
②
Make
kids
embrace
a
bright
mindset.
③
Focus
on
the
process
of
kids'
effort
④
Expand
kids'
knowledge
about
the
world.
⑤
Encourage
kids
to
make
new
attempts.
A.①②④
B.②③④
C.②③⑤
D.①③⑤
C
The
different
parts
of
a
health
care
system
have
different
focuses.
A
hospital's
stroke
(中风)
unit
monitors
blood
flow
in
the
brain.
The
cardiac
unit
is
interested
in
that
same
flow,
but
through
and
from
the
heart.
Each
collection
of
equipment
and
data
is
effective
in
its
own
field.
Thus,
like
the
story
of
blind
men
feeling
an
elephant,
modern
health
care
offers
many
separate
pictures
of
a
patient,
but
rarely
a
useful
united
one.
On
top
of
all
this,
the
instruments
that
doctors
use
to
monitor
health
are
often
expensive,
as
is
the
training
required
to
use
them.
That
combined
cost
is
too
high
for
the
medical
system
to
scan
regularly,
for
early
signs
of
illness,
so
patients
are
at
risk
of
heart
disease
or
a
stroke.
An
unusual
research
project
called
AlzEye,
run
by
Moorfields
Eye
Hospital
in
London,
in
cooperation
with
University
College,
London
(UCL)
,
may
change
this.
It
is
attempting
to
use
the
eye
as
a
window
through
which
signals
about
the
health
of
other
organs
could
be
discovered.
The
doctors
in
charge
of
it,
Siegfried
Wagner
and
Pearse
Keane,
are
studying
Moorfields'
database
of
eye
scans,
which
offers
a
detailed
picture
of
the
health
of
the
retina
(视网膜).
The
project
will
go
a
step
further:With
the
information
about
other
aspects
of
patients'
health
collected
from
other
hospitals
around
England,
doctors
will
be
able
to
look
for
more
accurate
signs
of
disease
through
eye
scans.
The
Moorfields
data
set
has
lots
of
linked
cases
to
work
with--far
more
than
any
similar
project.
For
instance,
the
UK
Biobank,
one
of
the
world's
leading
collections
of
medical
data
about
individual
people,
contains
631
cases
of
a
"major
cardiac
adverse
event".
The
Moorfields
data
contain
about
12,
000
such.
The
Biobank
has
data
on
about
1,
500
stroke
patients.
Moorfields
has
11,
900.
For
the
disease
on
which
the
Moorfields
project
will
focus
to
start
with
dementia,
the
data
set
holds
15,
100
cases.
The
only
comparable
study
has
86.
Wagner
and
Keane
are
searching
for
patterns
in
the
eye
that
show
the
emergence
of
disease
elsewhere
in
the
body.
If
such
patterns
could
be
recognized
reliably,
the
potential
impact
would
be
huge.
【小题1】Why
does
the
author
mention
“the
story
of
blind
men
feeling
an
elephant”
in
Paragraph
1?
A.To
claim
the
ineffectiveness
of
our
health
care
system.
B.To
tell
the
similarity
in
various
health
care
units.
C.To
explain
the
limitation
of
modern
health
care.
D.To
show
the
complexity
of
patients'
pictures.
【小题2】What
does
the
underlined
word
"this"
in
Paragraph
3
refer
to?
A.The
challenge
of
making
advanced
medical
instruments.
B.The
high
risk
of
getting
a
heart
disease
or
a
stroke
C.The
inconvenience
of
modern
health
care
service.
D.The
incomplete
and
expensive
health
monitoring.
【小题3】How
does
AlzEye
work?
A.By
thoroughly
examining
one's
body
organs.
B.By
identifying
one's
state
of
health
through
eye
scans
C.By
helping
doctors
discover
one's
diseases
of
the
eye
D.By
comparing
the
eye-scan
data
from
different
hospitals.
【小题4】What
can
be
inferred
about
the
Moorfields's
project
from
Paragraph
5?
A.It
takes
advantage
of
abundantly
available
medical
data.
B.It
makes
the
collection
of
medical
data
more
convenient.
C.It
improves
the
Moorfields'
competitiveness
in
the
medical
field.
D.It
strengthens
data
sharing
between
the
Moorfields
and
the
Biobank.

I
was
drowned
(淹没)
in
work.I
was
convinced
that
it
was
because
my
job
was
demanding,but
as
I
changed
my
job
and
eventually
became
self-employed
and
I
could
call
my
own
shots,I
was
still
drowned
in
work
and
things
were
still
out
of
control.Now
I
come
to
realize
that
I
have
a
tendency
to
drown
myself
in
work
and
the
problem
is
not
the
job
I'm
in.
One
of
the
reasons
why
work-life
balance
is
hard
is
that
we
attribute
(把…归咎于)
the
problem
to
our
environment
when
we
ourselves
are
the
problem
actually.I
enjoy
making
my
clients
happy."Dushka,your
work
is
unbelievable.""Dushka,we
would
not
have
survived
without
you."This
is
my
instinctive
(本能的)
desire.I,a
good
girl,should
make
someone
I
love
proud.What
can
get
in
the
way
of
work-life
balance
is
that
approval
often
matters
more
than
the
balance
I
claim
I
want.
I
am
ambitious
(雄心勃勃的)
and
want
to
do
great
things
and
as
soon
as
a
project
is
done
I'm
hungry
for
the
next
one.I
want
hard
work.I
want
to
push
myself
and
test
myself.I
want
to
learn.Sometimes
work-life
balance
is
hard
because
there
is
a
difference
between
what
I
say
I
want
and
what
I
really
want.
My
life
is
constantly
changing.If
a
friend
visits
me
from
out
of
town
I
want
to
work
less,if
I
happen
to
be
particularly
inspired
I
want
to
work
more,and
if
a
family
member
needs
me
I
don't
want
to
have
to
worry
about
work
at
all.Work-life
balance
is
hard
because
my
definition
of
it
is
a
moving
target.It
means
different
things
to
me
depending
on
different
situations.
What
is
work-life
balance,anyway?Does
it
mean
I
get
to
go
home
every
day
when
the
clock
strikes
5:00pm?Does
it
mean
that
I
work
hard
for
a
few
weeks
and
then
take
a
long
weekend
off?Do
I
want
daily
balance,or
do
I
want
things
to
balance
out
over
the
course
of
a
few
weeks,even
months?
On
one
side,work-life
balance
doesn't
mean
that
the
only
way
to
do
something
well
is
to
do
it
yourself.Your
ego
(自我)
gets
in
the
way
of
your
being
free.On
the
other
side,work-life
balance
can
be
hard
if
you
are
worried
that
someone
else
can
do
your
job
better
than
yourself.Then
you
live
in
a
constant
state
of
suspicion
(怀疑)
and
never
allow
yourself
to
step
away.Your
fear
is
calling
the
shots,not
your
ambitions.
Work-life
balance
can
be
hard
if
you
are
more
worried
about
looking
good
than
doing
good
work.If
you
want
to
make
sure
everyone
sees
you
are
the
first
one
to
come
and
the
last
one
to
leave,what
others
think
of
you
has
more
weight
than
your
desire
of
getting
home
in
time
for
dinner.
My
boss
assures
me
that
employees
come
first
and
that
people
are
the
most
important,yet
I
don't
see
him
telling
me
it's
time
to
go
home
because
I
worked
really
late
the
night
before.
Wait
a
minute.Why
should
my
work-life
balance
be
the
company's
problem,in
particular
when
I've
already
identified
that
my
needs
are
ever-changing?How
can
I
expect
someone
else
to
stay
on
top
of
that?The
only
person
responsible
for
that
is
me.

When
planning
for
a
new
job,
many
people
will
go
through
a
job
interview.?【小题1】??
Fear
of
the
unknown,
fear
of
public
rejection
and
fear
of
personal
criticism
all
come
together
in
one
meeting.
So
how
should
you
prepare
for
a
job
interview
?
It's
often
a
combination
of
careful
research,
psychology
and
an
ability
to
think
on
your
feet.
One
way
is
to
do
a
great
deal
of
research,
like
finding
the
requirements
of
the
job,
the
company's
product
lines,
the
industry's
standard
salary
for
the
position,
the
interviewer,
etc.
When
doing
research,
don't
forget
to
learn
about
whether
you
have
unique
qualifications
for
the
position.?【小题2】Thus,
prepare
your
unique

【小题3】?Do
you
express
your

clearly?
Do
you
actively
listen
to
others
?
How
you
perform
inthe
interview
will
leave
a
deep
impression
on
the
interviewers.
Some
job
seekers
prepare
for
a
job
interview
by
conducting
their
own
mock
(模拟的)
interviews.
A
trusted
friend
or
even
a
professional
job
coach
can
act
as
an
interviewer,
asking
many
of
the
same
questions
a
real
interviewer
might
ask.
In
view
of
your
performance,
these
people
may
be
able
to
point
out
your
trouble
spots.【小题4】
There're
also
numerous
resources
job
seekers
can
use
to
prepare
for
a
job
interview.?【小题5】?Many
cities
also
have
programs
helping
first-time
workers
find
jobs.
They
may
offer
classes
on
how
to
prepare
for
a
job
interview
or
provide
job
coaches
who
can
conduct
mock
interviews.
A.You
should
consider
how
to
be
qualified.
B.Self-help

life.
E.Then,
you
can
improve
yourself
by
overcoming
your
weaknesses.
F.Observing
how
you
communicate
with
others
is
equally
important.

Delivery
Robots
May
Soon
Be
Knocking
at
Your
Door
With
self-driving
vehicle
technology
rapidly
advancing,
many
companies
are
turning
to
autonomous
robots
for
the
final
leg—the
so-called
last
mile—of
the
delivery
process,
from
the
store
or
local
distribution
center
to
the
customer.
The
latest
to
join
the
trend
is
Amazon.
Following
a
successful
eight-month
test
run
in
Snohomish
County,
Washington,
the
company’s
Scout
robots
have
been
making
the
rounds
of
Irvine,
California,
since
August
6,
2019.
The
six-wheeled
Scout
is
about
the
size
of
a
large
cooler
with
the
ability
to
carry
small
or
medium-sized
packages.
The
battery-powered
vehicle,
which
moves
at
a
regular
walking
pace,
has
been
programmed
to
avoid
pedestrians,
animals,
and
unexpected
obstacles(障碍),
such
as
garbage
cans.
Its
powerful
sensors(传感器)can
also
detect
the
movement
of
a
car
backing
out
of
a
driveway.
While
Amazon
is
focusing
on
home
deliveries,
San
Francisco-based
Starship
Technologies
has
its
eyes
set
on
universities.
On
August
20,
2019,
the
company
announced
plans
to
use
thousands
of
robots
to
deliver
food
and
other
things
to
students
at
college
campuses
across
the
country.
Unlike
Scout,
Starship’s
robots
are
seasoned
workers.
They
have
been
tested
in
over
100
cities
in
20
different
countries
and
successfully
completed
over
100,
000
deliveries.
Meanwhile,
food
and
grocery
delivery
company
Postmates’
robots
are
currently
making
their
rounds
along
the
busy
San
Francisco
streets.
Also
in
testing,
the
robots
can
carry
up
to
50
pounds
and
travel
30
miles
on
a
single
battery
charge.
Though
the
eco-friendly
robots
will
help
free
our
streets
of
bicycles
and
large
delivery
trucks
that
typically
send
packages,
they
have
some
limitations.
They
are
unable
to
climb
stairs
or
open
gates,
which
means
that
they
can
only
reach
consumers
who
live
on
the
ground
level.
Additionally,
the
robots
are
unable
to
leave
packages
at
the
front
door
if
the
customers
are
not
home.
Whether
these
problems
get
solved
remains
to
be
seen.
For
now,
it
appears
that
humans
will
still
be
needed
to
meet
the
ever-growing
demand
for
home
and
office
deliveries.

解答:AAAC
B
Nobody
likes
to
fail.
It
makes
people
feel
embarrassed
and
discouraged.
What's
worse,
it
may
cause
major
professional
or
personal
trouble
and
lead
to
negativity.
Basically,
failure
is
no
fun
for
most
people.
However,
a
vast
body
of
research
tells
us
that
failure
provides
us
with
a
chance
to
grow
and
develop,
increases
adaptability,
and
helps
protect
against
anxiety.
It's
hard
to
change
the
mindset
(心态)
of
a
lifetime.
But
even
if
we
still
can't
get
over
the
broken
marriage
or
the
failed
College
Entrance
Examination
or
the
work
presentation
that
went
fearfully
wrong,
it
might
not
be
too
late
for
our
kids.
Christy
Pennison,
a
professional
consultant,
says
she
works
with
an
increasing
number
of
kids
and
teens
who
show
significant
anxiety
around
a
fear
of
failure.
She
said,
"We
want
to
protect
our
children,
and
we
want
them
to
live
happy
and
meaningful
lives,
so
we
frequently
tell
them
the
harm
of
failure
and
ask
them
to
avoid
failure.
The
children
experiencing
internal
and
sometimes
extenal
pressure
think
they
shouldn't
fail.
Meanwhile,
we
always
have
high
expectations
of
them.
So
when
they
don't
live
up
to
a
certain
standard,
or
things
don't
go
according
to
the
plans,
they
will
feel
upset
and
anxious."
Pennison
argues
that
failures,
are
often
the
hidden
learning
chances
that
can
help
people
develop
positive
qualities,
like
persistence,
focus,
flexibility,
patience,
and
positive
self-image.
So
what
can
parents
do
to
help
their
children
embrace
(拥抱)
failure
instead
of
avoiding
it
at
all
costs?
Pennison
suggests
directing
praise
towards
the
effort,
not
the
result.
"This
allows
children
to
build
confidence
in
themselves,
"she
explains."
Acknowledging
the
effort
can
give
children
permission
to
try
new
things
without
a
fear
of
failure.
And
the
bigger
picture
is
that
the
development
of
the
mindset
—'I'd
rather
try
and
fail
than
not
try
at
all.'—helps
them
keep
a
belief
in
themselves,
and
expands
their
world
of
possibilities."
As
Pennison
points
out,
we
all
fail,
but
how
we
get
up
after
we
fail
is
what
matters.
【小题1】What

①

③

④

modern
health
care
offers
many
separate
pictures
of
a
patient,
but
rarely
a
useful
united
one.
On
top
of
all
this,
the
instruments
that
doctors
use
to
monitor
health
are
often
expensive,
as
is
the
training
required
to
use
them.
That
combined
cost
is
too
high
for
the
medical
system
to
scan
regularly,
for
early
signs
of
illness,
so
patients
are
at
risk
of
heart
disease
or
a
stroke.
An
unusual
research
project
called
AlzEye,
run
by
Moorfields
Eye
Hospital
in
London,
in
cooperation
with
University
College,
London
(UCL)
,
may
change
this.
It
is
attempting
to
use
the
eye
as
a
window
through
which
signals
about
the
health
of
other
organs
could
be
discovered.
The
doctors
in
charge
of
it,
Siegfried
Wagner
and
Pearse
Keane,
are
studying
Moorfields'
database
of
eye
scans,
which
offers
a
detailed
picture
of
the
health
of
the
retina
(视网膜).
The
project
will
go
a
step
further:With
the
information
about
other
aspects
of
patients'
health
collected
from
other
hospitals
around
England,
doctors
will
be
able
to
look
for
more
accurate
signs
of
disease
through
eye
scans.
The
Moorfields
data
set
has
lots
of
linked
cases
to
work
with--far
more
than
any
similar
project.
For
instance,
the
UK
Biobank,
one
of
the
world's
leading
collections
of
medical
data
about
individual
people,
contains
631
cases
of
a
"major
cardiac
adverse
event".
The
Moorfields
data
contain
about
12,
000
such.
The
Biobank
has
data
on
about
1,
500
stroke
patients.
Moorfields
has
11,
900.
For
the
disease
on
which
the
Moorfields
project
will
focus
to
start
with
dementia,
the
data
set
holds
15,
100
cases.
The
only
comparable
study
has
86.
Wagner
and
Keane
are
searching
for
patterns
in
the
eye
that
show
the
emergence
of
disease
elsewhere
in
the
body.
If
such
patterns
could
be
recognized
reliably,
the
potential
impact
would
be
huge.

I
was
drowned
(淹没)
in
work.I
was
convinced
that
it
was
because
my
job
was
demanding,but
as
I
changed
my
job
and
eventually
became
self-employed
and
I
could
call
my
own
shots,I
was
still
drowned
in
work
and
things
were
still
out
of
control.Now
I
come
to
realize
that
I
have
a
tendency
to
drown
myself
in
work
and
the
problem
is
not
the
job
I'm
in.
One
of
the
reasons
why
work-life
balance
is
hard
is
that
we
attribute
(把…归咎于)
the
problem
to
our
environment
when
we
ourselves
are
the
problem
actually.I
enjoy
making
my
clients
happy."Dushka,your
work
is
unbelievable.""Dushka,we
would
not
have
survived
without
you."This
is
my
instinctive
(本能的)
desire.I,a
good
girl,should
make
someone
I
love
proud.What
can
get
in
the
way
of
work-life
balance
is
that
approval
often
matters
more
than
the
balance
I
claim
I
want.
I
am
ambitious
(雄心勃勃的)
and
want
to
do
great
things
and
as
soon
as
a
project
is
done
I'm
hungry
for
the
next
one.I
want
hard
work.I
want
to
push
myself
and
test
myself.I
want
to
learn.Sometimes
work-life
balance
is
hard
because
there
is
a
difference
between
what
I
say
I
want
and
what
I
really
want.
My
life
is
constantly
changing.If
a
friend
visits
me
from
out
of
town
I
want
to
work
less,if
I
happen
to
be
particularly
inspired
I
want
to
work
more,and
if
a
family
member
needs
me
I
don't
want
to
have
to
worry
about
work
at
all.Work-life
balance
is
hard
because
my
definition
of
it
is
a
moving
target.It
means
different
things
to
me
depending
on
different
situations.
What
is
work-life
balance,anyway?Does
it
mean
I
get
to
go
home
every
day
when
the
clock
strikes
5:00pm?Does
it
mean
that
I
work
hard
for
a
few
weeks
and
then
take
a
long
weekend
off?Do
I
want
daily
balance,or
do
I
want
things
to
balance
out
over
the
course
of
a
few
weeks,even
months?
On
one
side,work-life
balance
doesn't
mean
that
the
only
way
to
do
something
well
is
to
do
it
yourself.Your
ego
(自我)
gets
in
the
way
of
your
being
free.On
the
other
side,work-life
balance
can
be
hard
if
you
are
worried
that
someone
else
can
do
your
job
better
than
yourself.Then
you
live
in
a
constant
state
of
suspicion
(怀疑)
and
never
allow
yourself
to
step
away.Your
fear
is
calling
the
shots,not
your
ambitions.
Work-life
balance
can
be
hard
if
you
are
more
worried
about
looking
good
than
doing
good
work.If
you
want
to
make
sure
everyone
sees
you
are
the
first
one
to
come
and
the
last
one
to
leave,what
others
think
of
you
has
more
weight
than
your
desire
of
getting
home
in
time
for
dinner.
My
boss
assures
me
that
employees
come
first
and
that
people
are
the
most
important,yet
I
don't
see
him
telling
me
it's
time
to
go
home
because
I
worked
really
late
the
night
before.
Wait
a
minute.Why
should
my
work-life
balance
be
the
company's
problem,in
particular
when
I've
already
identified
that
my
needs
are
ever-changing?How
can
I
expect
someone
else
to
stay
on
top
of
that?The
only
person
responsible
for
that
is
me.
