Step 1 Lead-in
挑战记忆,导入新单词。
1.活动的目的是复习There be句型和导入新单词。
在屏幕上打出一幅图,让学生看一分钟。然后换另一张图, 要求学生凭着记忆, 找出什么不见了并描述这张图, 采用竞赛的形式,采用以个人为单位竞赛, 教师给予奖励, 激发学生的学习热情。)
(竞赛规则如下:参赛者只能在规定的1分钟内描述这张图, 说对一句, 得一分, 谁得的分最多, 谁就获胜。)
T: Look at the picture for one minute. Then I’ll show you another one. You need to find out: What’s missing And then try to describe it.
Example:
There is an apple on the sofa.The apple is missing.
Step 2 New words
Ok,we are not familiar with some of the words .Let’s revise the new words we learnt yesterday. (Show the new words on the screen)
Step3 presentation

Step 4 Listen and complete
Sb page 27.part 2. At first ,look at the pictures,then play the tape for them. Ask them to complete the conversations. Then ask some individuals to report their answers. The answers are : Dialogue 1: on; There are; keys;
Dialogue2: behind; There’s ;
At last ,show them the key points of these two dialogues. Ask them to finish Practice 1 to consolidate them.
Step 5.Practice
通过练习, 巩固并熟练应用:

1. 在屏幕上给学生三个示范,导出以上的句型。
Then, Show them another picrure , give them an example,then ask some pairs to practise .

通过活动培养学生实际应用能力。

1.Choose a lucky number.(选一个数字)
2.Then ask and answer in pairs by using:

2)Is/Are there …
3) How many ---are there
3. Who did well in the game will get a prize.

What’s +表示地点的介词短语
用there be句型来回答,在问时be动词只能用is,
而回答时视实际情况而定.
如: What’s on the desk There are some bananas.
What’s under the desk There is a ball.
How many +名词复数
in the tree 在树上 (不是树本身的东西)
on the tree 在树上 (属于树本身的东西,如树的花,果实)
Then ask them to finish “Practise 2”
Step 6.Watch and write
Watch the video carefully and try to describe (描述)Miss Wang’s study.(40—60 个字)
