Teaching Procedures:
Step 1 Greetings
Teacher and students say greet each other.
T: Hello, boys and girls, how are you today?
Ss: I抦 fine, how are you?
T: I抦 fine, too.

Teacher and one student take about what抯 the weather like.
Step 2 Revision

T: Next, we will learn a new sentence. How much is ?
Step 4 Presentation
T: Look,what抯 this? Who can tell me? You please.
S: It抯 a pen.
T: Yes, It抯 a pen. How much is it? Who can guess? Ok, tell me the price.
Ss: It抯 ten yuan. /It抯 five yuan厖
T: Let抯 look at the price. It’s ten yuan. Well done.
T: Now, look at this one. What’s this?
S: It’s a pencil case.
T: Yes, it’s a pencil case. How much is it?
S: It’s eight yuan.

Step 5 Practice
T: Let’s use the two sentences to practice with your partner. You know the price, but you partner doesn抰 know. So you partner will ask the price, and then write down the price on your paper. You will check the answers.

There is one boss, one customer, and the customer will pay the money. The customer is who will buy something.
