Lesson 5
一、教学目标:
1. 能够正确听、说、读、写单词what, is, your, name,和句子What’s your name? My name is Carl.正确听、说、认读单词city, road, street,和句子Where do you live? I live on Shanghai Street.
2.能够What’s your name? My name is…和Where do you live? I live…询问表达有关姓名和家庭住址的相关信息。
3. 帮助学生如何与他人沟通彼此的信息并成为朋友。引导学生关注生活,热爱生活。
二、教学重点:
1. 能够正确听、说、读、写单词what, is, your, name,和句子What’s your name? My name is Carl.并能在真实情境中用这些词句进行交流。
2. 学生能正确听、说、认读单词city, road, street,和句子Where do you live? I live on Shanghai Street.
三、学时难点:
学生能在真实情境中正确理和运用Where do you live? I live...等句型询问和回答住址。同时注意in, on等介词的区分。
四、教学过程
Step 1 Warm-up and Lead- in
1) Let the students read the title of this lesson: We have new friends. Answer some questions.
Do you have a friend?
What is a friend?
Talk about friends.
【设计意图】: 通过师生间自然的交流,引出本课的话题。通过问题“你有朋友吗?”“什么是朋友?”激活学生的思维,引发学生的思考,使其快速进入学习情境,为新课学习做好铺垫。
2) T: Do you want to make new(more) friends?
Ss: Yes.
T: Do you want to make friends with me? Let’s be friends.
【设计意图】:“你愿意和老师成为朋友吗?”借此呈现本课的话题:Let’s be friends.让学生有目的的去学习新知。
Step 2 Presentation
T: Can you guess my English name?
My English name is Tina.
【设计意图】: 引导学生与他人成为朋友可以先询问彼此的姓名信息。同时借助这一环节讲授对话中两个第一次在教材出现的英文名字的发音,为后续的教学做好铺垫。
T: Do you want to know more about me?
Let me introduce myself to you.
【设计意图】:通过一个小短篇呈现教师的自我介绍,借此激活学生相关的知识储备,引导他们关注在和别人成为朋友时如何进一步表达和询问个人信息。

【设计意图】:在与学生交流的过程中和他们成为朋友,关注学生的真实情感体验。同时复习Pleased to meet you. Pleased to meet you, too.的句式。

【设计意图】:通过教师自我介绍中的居住地信息I live in Tianjin.让学生感知live的意思。Tianjin is a city.引导学生说出更多的句子,感知city的意思,并与country作以区分,通过两人操练的形式巩固功能句型。同时引导学生们热爱自己生活的地方。

【设计意图】: 小组合作编演对话。在此过程中培养学生综合语言运用能力和合作能力,让学生体验到用英语做事的成就感。
3) Homework:
1. Copy the words and sentences in this lesson.
2. Talk about your address with your partner.
【设计意图】:作业分出层次既可以面向全体学生又可以做到因材施教,照顾到不同层次的学生,使每个学生都有所收获和提高。
