一、教学目标
1.能够正确听、说、朗读：How do we get there?询问出行方式，并能够用By 进行回答。
2.能够正确听、说、认读单词，如plane,bus,ship等以及短语on foot,by bike。
3.能够听懂，会说，表演Let’s learn 的内容，并在真实情景中运用所学语言进行真实交流和运用。
4.在对话交流中使学生养成应用英语交流的习惯，培养良好的语音，语调和语感。
二、教学重点、难点分析:
重点：
1.掌握四会短语和A Let's learn部分中运用某种交通工具去某地的表达法。
2.在真实情景中运用语言进行真实交流和运用。
难点：subway 的发音和拼读。
三、教学准备：多媒体课件，单词图片。

(1)教师接上一环节：My home is far from our school. So I often go to school by bus.(板书)Do you go to school by bus?
同法教授on foot，by taxi.
PPT出现图片和火车声音，猜是什么，学习by train.
通过描述It’s a kind of train .It’s under the ground. It runs fast.What’s this?学习by subway.
I live in the sea. I can swim very fast. But I’m not a fish.I’m a traffic tool.Please tell me“What am I?”.学习by ship
In summer vacation,Zoom and Zip want to go to the USA, how do they get there ?学习：by plane.
2、听音正音
Let's learn
听录音，模仿朗读，理解对话内容。
指明朗读对话，并翻译主要句子。
根据对话内容创编。
3、Pair work
如果今天是周末，你和你的伙伴计划一下，如何度过周末。(模仿Mrs Smith 和John 的对话，讨论一下你们的计划)
4、Write and say.
a.谈一谈所学的交通工具的特点有哪些？
b.你最喜欢哪种出行方式，为什么？
c. 出示一些地点，仿照例句书写句子。
d.根据实际情况，选择出行的交通工具作答，完成相应练习。
教师问答学生How do you get to school from home?PPT 出示图片帮助学生理解from home。有此句过渡到How do you get to the USA from China?(两人一组进行问答并写出出发地和目的地,连线合适的交通工具)
