Unit 1 NATURE
Period 7
Review
I Man Asks Too Much From Nature.
What causes excessive cutting of trees Why are we exhausting forests
Because we human beings
use wood to build houses and bridges; we use wood to
make paper; we use wood to make furniture and guns, and chopsticks.
Wood is a necessity in our life. It will be terrible if we use them up one day.
review
Man as a species thrives in the world, and we need space for further development.
In some countries with long coast lines but short of flat ground, the government build long dikes to make land out of sea.
We tear up seas and get more land, but the after-effects are away beyond our control.
I Man Asks Too Much From Nature.
