不是所有人都知道他们要做什么。
英语中all,both,every,everyone,everything,everybody等与否定词not,no连用时,表示的是部分否定,而非全部否定。

them.我不全认识他们。

拓展:若要表示全部否定,则应用相应的表示全部否定的否定词。即all→none,both→neither,every→no,everyone→no
one/nobody,
