不是所有人都知道他们要做什么。
英语中all，both，every，everyone，everything，everybody等与否定词not，no连用时，表示的是部分否定，而非全部否定。

them.我不全认识他们。

拓展：若要表示全部否定，则应用相应的表示全部否定的否定词。即all→none,both→neither,every→no，everyone→no
one/nobody,
