本课是人教精通版六年级第23课,在之前学习过邀请朋友的基础书，学习如何用英语祝贺生日，用英语招待朋友，培养学生礼貌待人，热情好客的品质。

1能够听说句子:Would you like a cup of tea? Yes, please. No, thanks. They have a good time. Welcome to my birthday party.

三、学习者特征分析
六年级的学生已经具备简单交流的能力，在已经学习过如何邀请朋友参加生日聚会后，本课继续学习过生日的过程。因为本课的内容贴近生活实际，故从复习生日礼物的单词入手，通过可操作性的动画把学生带入情景。
