Ⅰ.阅读理解(共15小题;每小题2分,满分30分)
A
Exactly
a
decade
has
passed
since
a
man
called
Oxygen
first
threw
himself
across
America.Known
for
his
jumping
ability,Oxygen,a
Czech,who
jumped
a
nearly
10?foot?wide
abyss
(深渊).Today,Petr
Kops,21,is
wearing
Oxygen's
pants.“I
did
not
know
Oxygen
personally,but
my
sister
did,”
Kops
said.“I
wear
his
trousers
for
good
luck.”
Minutes
later,Kops
was
standing
at
the
edge
of
a
70?foot
abyss
called
Broken
Bones.
While
it
may
seem
suicidal
(自杀的),jumping
across
a
gap
is
actually
an
extreme
sport
that
is
gaining
in
popularity.Called
rock
jumping,or
simply
jumping,this
activity
is
taking
place
in
the
Adrspach?Teplice
Rocks,a
remote
nature
preserve
in
the
northeast
part
of
the
Czech
Republic.Known
for
its
11
square
miles
of
sandstone,the
region
has
been
loved
by
lifelong
rock
climbers.“The
aim
is
to
get
to
the
top
of
as
many
towers
as
you
can.”
said
Vladimir
Prochazka,known
as
June
Bug,a
59?year?old
climber
and
a
collector
of
Czech
rock
climbing
histories.
Jumping
is
often
the
most
possible
way
to
get
to
the
tower.In
most
cases,climbers
jump
with
a
rope
tied
around
their
waist.If
they
miss
the
landing

which
is
not
uncommon

they
will
fall
into
the
wall
of
the
base
tower.“Jumping
requires
fearlessness,”
Prochazka
said.“Broken
or
damaged
bones
are
fairly
common.”
Still,there
are
those
who
prefer
to
experience
by
jumping
without
a
rope.Among
the
most
well?known
of
these
adventurers
are
Petr
Prachtel
and
his
wife,Zorka,who
helped
create
the
sport
in
the
1960s.They
pioneered
countless
jumps,sometimes
without
the
safety
of
a
rope.

B
Is
there
anything
more
important
than
health?
I
don't
think
so.You
can't
be
good
at
your
studies
or
work
when
you
are
ill.If
you
have
a
headache,or
a
bad
cough,if
you
run
a
high
temperature
and
have
a
bad
cold,I
think
you
should
go
to
the
doctor.The
doctor
will
examine
your
throat,feel
your
pulse,take
your
temperature,sound
your
heart
and
lungs.After
that
he
will
advise
some
treatment,or
some
medicine.The
only
thing
you
have
to
do
is
to
follow
his
advice.
Speaking
of
doctor's
advice,I
can't
help
telling
you
a
funny
story.An
old
man
came
to
see
the
doctor.The
man
was
very
ill.He
told
the
doctor
about
his
weakness,memory
loss
and
serious
problems
with
his
heart
and
lungs.The
doctor
examined
him
and
said
there
was
no
medicine
for
his
disease.He
told
him
to
go
to
quiet
place
for
a
month
and
have
a
good
rest.He
also
advised
him
to
eat
a
lot
of
meat,drink
two
glasses
of
red
wine
every
day
and
take
long
walks.In
other
words,the
doctor
advised
him
to
follow
the
rule:“Eat
at
pleasure,drink
with
measure
and
enjoy
life
as
it
is.”The
doctor
also
said
that
if
the
man
wanted
to
be
well
again,he
shouldn't
smoke
more
than
one
cigarette
a
day.
A
month
later
the
gentleman
came
into
the
doctor's
office.He
looked
cheerful
and
happy.He
thanked
the
doctor
and
said
that
he
had
never
felt
a
healthier
man.“But
you
know,doctor,”he
said,“It's
not
easy
to
begin
smoking
at
my
age.”

Runners
who
encounter
visual
and
auditory
distractions
(干扰)may
be
more
likely
to
suffer
leg
injuries,according
to
research
by
the
Association
of
Academic
Physiatrists
in
Las
Vegas.Runners
often
seek
distraction
from
the
task
at
hand.Whether
it
is
music,texting,daydreaming,taking
in
the
sights,or
propping
a
book
up
on
the
treadmill(跑步机),more
often
than
not
a
distraction
is
welcome.But,researchers
from
the
University
of
Florida
have
recently
discovered
those
distractions
may
lead
to
injury.
Daniel
Herman,MD,assistant
professor
at
University
of
Florida,and
his
team
conducted
research
on
the
effects
of
visual
and
auditory
distractions
on
14
runners
to
determine
what
effect
these
distractions
would
have
on
things
such
as
heart
rate,how
many
times
a
runner
breathes
per
minute
and
how
much
oxygen
is
consumed
by
the
body.
The
runners
were
all
injury?free
at
the
time
of
the
study
and
ran
31
miles
each
week.Dr.Herman's
team
had
each
participant
run
on
a
treadmill
three
separate
times.The
first
time
was
without
any
distractions.The
second
time
added
a
visual
distraction,during
which
the
runners
concentrated
on
a
screen
displaying
different
letters
in
different
colors
with
the
runner
having
to
note
when
a
specific
letter?color
combination
appeared.The
third
time
added
an
auditory
distraction
similar
to
the
visual
distraction,with
the
runner
having
to
note
when
a
certain
word
was
spoken
by
a
certain
voice.
When
compared
to
running
without
distractions,the
participants
applied
force
faster
to
their
left
and
right
legs
called
loading
rate,with
auditory
and
visual
distractions.They
also
experienced
an
increased
amount
of
force
from
the
ground
on
both
legs,called
ground
reaction
force,with
auditory
distractions.Finally,the
runners
tended
to
breathe
heavier
and
have
higher
heart
rates
with
visual
and
auditory
distractions
than
without
any
distractions
at
all.
“Running
in
environments
with
different
distractions
may
unfavorably
affect
running
performance
and
increase
injury
risk,”
explains
Dr.Herman.“Sometimes
these
things
cannot
be
helped,but
you
may
be
able
to
minimize
potentially
cumulative(累积的)
effects.For
example,when
running
a
new
route
in
a
chaotic
environment
such
as
during
a
destination
of
marathon,you
may
want
to
skip
listening
to
something
which
may
require
more
attention—like
a
new
song
playlist.”
Dr.Herman's
team
will
continue
to
investigate
the
potential
relationship
between
distracted
running
and
leg
injuries,and
any
effect
this
relationship
has
on
different
training
techniques
that
use
auditory
or
visual
cues.

fairly
easy
for
me.I

PE
class
was
my
nightmare(噩梦)
and
made
me
feel
that
I

the

our
PE

young

Ⅱ.阅读七选五(共5小题;每小题2分,满分10分)
Don't
you
just
love
ice
skating
every
winter?
I
am
sure
that
since
winter
is
approaching,your
skates
are
set
to
come
out,just
waiting
to
be
used.Impress
your
friends
with
your
new
trick
on
how
to
ice?skate
backwards
with
the
help
of
these
tips.
Stand
straight
The
first
thing
that
you
need
to
do
is,stand
straight.
16
,if
you
feel
that
you
are
falling
backwards.Don't
worry;
this
happens
to
all.
Confidence
is
what
you
need
The
most
important
step
while
learning
how
to
skate
backwards,is
having
enough
confidence
in
yourself
and
in
what
you
are
doing.How
can
you
achieve
this?
By
practice.One
of
the
important
ice
skating
tips
and
techniques
is
that
if
you
feel
that
you
are
losing
your
balance,then
scissor(做剪式运动)your
skates.
17
Maintain
speed
Try
sculling(滑)with
one
skate
while
rolling
in
a
straight
line
with
the
other.
18
.Now
bring
the
skate
which
you
are
using
to
scull,and
then
again,repeat
the
same
process.Make
sure
that
you
put
most
of
your
weight
on
the
skate
which
is
moving
straight
and
not
the
one
with
which
you
are
sculling.Now,try
the
same
thing
using
the
other
foot.
19
Once
you
are
confident
that
you
can
scull
with
either
foot,the
next
thing
that
you
have
to
do
is
increase
your
speed.Try
some
of
your
own
tricks
now.Scull
with
either
foot
or
with
both
at
the
same
time.
Scull
and
be
aware
While
you
keep
one
foot
straight,keep
sculling
with
the
other.You
can
do
that
with
both
feet
at
the
same
time.
20
,but
don't
get
so
involved
that
you
don't
see
where
you
are
going.If
you
are
not
watching
your
back,you
might
just
bang
against
something
or
someone.
A.That
is,keep
pushing
yourself
backwards
with
an
outwards
stroke(滑动)
B.While
going
backwards,just
get
used
to
the
feeling
of
moving
backwards
C.Keep
practicing
this
till
you
are
confident
about
it
D.Increase
your
speed
now
E.One
must
be
brave
enough
to
learn
to
ice?skate
backwards
F.Concentrate
on
what
you
are
doing
G.Just
put
your
chin
up
and
slightly
bend
your
knees

22
his

waiting

at

“Daddy,may
I
ask
you
a

That
is,how
much
do
you

“That's
none
of
your

do
you

the

said
angrily.“

you

“Oh,”
the
little

replied.Looking

“Daddy,may

The
father
was
furious,“

The
little

quietly
went
to
his
room
and
28
the

man
sat
down
and
started
to
get
even
angrier
about
the
little
boy's
questions.How

such

to

After
about
an

to

with
that
$10,
32
he
really
didn't

the

thought.
The

went
to
the

of
the
little
boy's
room
and
opened
the
door.
“Are
you
asleep,son?”
he
asked.
“No,Daddy,I'm
33
,”
replied
the
boy.
“I've
been
thinking,maybe
I
was
too
hard
34
you
earlier,”
said
the
man,“It
has
been
a
long
day
and
I
lost
my
35
.Sorry
about
that.Here's
the
$
10
you
asked
for.”
The
little
boy
sat
straight
up
smiling.“Oh,thank
you
Daddy!”
he
yelled.Then,
36
under
his
pillow,he
pulled
out
some
crumpled
(皱巴巴的)
bills.After
carefully
counting
out
his
money,he
37

“Why
do
you
want
38
money
if
you
already
have
some?”
the
father
said
angrily.
“Because
I
didn't
have
enough,but
now
I
39
,”
the
little
boy
replied.“Daddy,I
have
$
20
now.Can
I
40
an
hour
of
your
time?
Please
come
home
early
tomorrow.I
would
like
to
have
dinner
with
you.”

often
the

most
cases,climbers
jump
with
a

they
will
fall
into
the
wall
of
the

tower.“Jumping
requires
fearlessness,”
Prochazka
said.“Broken
or
damaged

are
fairly
common.”
Still,there
are
those
who
prefer
to
experience
by
jumping
without
a
rope.Among
the

of
these

are

without

safety
of
a
rope.

your

also
advised
him
to
eat
a
lot
of
meat,drink
two
glasses
of
red
wine
every
day
and
take
long
walks.In
other
words,the
doctor
advised
him
to
follow
the
rule:“Eat
at
pleasure,drink
with
measure
and
enjoy
life
as
it
is.”The
doctor
also
said
that
if
the
man
wanted
to
be
well
again,he
shouldn't
smoke
more
than
one
cigarette
a
day.
A
month
later
the
gentleman
came
into
the
doctor's
office.He
looked
cheerful
and
happy.He
thanked
the
doctor
and
said
that
he
had
never
felt
a
healthier
man.“But
you
know,doctor,”he
said,“It's
not
easy
to
begin
smoking
at
my
age.”

Runners
who
encounter
visual
and
auditory
distractions
(干扰)may
be
more
likely
to
suffer
leg
injuries,according
to
research
by
the
Association
of
Academic
Physiatrists
in
Las
Vegas.Runners
often
seek
distraction
from
the
task
at
hand.Whether
it
is
music,texting,daydreaming,taking
in
the
sights,or
propping
a
book
up
on
the
treadmill(跑步机),more
often
than
not
a
distraction
is
welcome.But,researchers
from
the
University
of
Florida
have
recently
discovered
those
distractions
may
lead
to
injury.
Daniel
Herman,MD,assistant
professor
at
University
of
Florida,and
his
team
conducted
research
on
the
effects
of
visual
and
auditory
distractions
on
14
runners
to
determine
what
effect
these
distractions
would
have
on
things
such
as
heart
rate,how
many
times
a
runner
breathes
per
minute
and
how
much
oxygen
is
consumed
by
the
body.
The
runners
were
all
injury?free
at
the
time
of
the
study
and
ran
31
miles
each
week.Dr.Herman's
team
had
each
participant
run
on
a
treadmill
three
separate
times.The
first
time
was
without
any
distractions.The
second
time
added
a
visual
distraction,during
which
the
runners
concentrated
on
a
screen
displaying
different
letters
in
different
colors
with
the
runner
having
to
note
when
a
specific
letter?color
combination
appeared.The
third
time
added
an
auditory
distraction
similar
to
the
visual
distraction,with
the
runner
having
to
note
when
a
certain
word
was
spoken
by
a
certain
voice.
When
compared
to
running
without
distractions,the
participants
applied
force
faster
to
their
left
and
right
legs
called
loading
rate,with
auditory
and
visual
distractions.They
also
experienced
an
increased
amount
of
force
from
the
ground
on
both
legs,called
ground
reaction
force,with
auditory
distractions.Finally,the
runners
tended
to
breathe
heavier
and
have
higher
heart
rates
with
visual
and
auditory
distractions
than
without
any
distractions
at
all.
“Running
in
environments
with
different
distractions
may
unfavorably
affect
running
performance
and
increase
injury
risk,”
explains
Dr.Herman.“Sometimes
these
things
cannot
be
helped,but
you
may
be
able
to
minimize
potentially
cumulative(累积的)
effects.For
example,when
running
a
new
route
in
a
chaotic
environment
such
as
during
a
destination
of
marathon,you
may
want
to
skip
listening
to
something
which
may
require
more
attention—like
a
new
song
playlist.”
Dr.Herman's
team
will
continue
to
investigate
the
potential
relationship
between
distracted
running
and
leg
injuries,and
any
effect
this
relationship
has
on
different
training
techniques
that
use
auditory
or
visual
cues.

trick
on
how
to
ice?skate
backwards
with
the
help
of
these
tips.
Stand
straight
The
first
thing
that
you
need
to
do
is,stand
straight.
16
,if
you
feel
that
you
are
falling
backwards.Don't
worry;
this
happens
to
all.
Confidence
is
what
you
need
The
most
important
step
while
learning
how
to
skate
backwards,is
having
enough
confidence
in
yourself
and
in
what
you
are
doing.How
can
you
achieve
this?
By
practice.One
of
the
important
ice
skating
tips
and
techniques
is
that
if
you
feel
that
you
are
losing
your
balance,then
scissor(做剪式运动)your
skates.
17
Maintain
speed
Try
sculling(滑)with
one
skate
while
rolling
in
a
straight
line
with
the
other.
18
.Now
bring
the
skate
which
you
are
using
to
scull,and
then
again,repeat
the
same
process.Make
sure
that
you
put
most
of
your
weight
on
the
skate
which
is
moving
straight
and
not
the
one
with
which
you
are
sculling.Now,try
the
same
thing
using
the
other
foot.
19
Once
you
are
confident
that
you
can
scull
with
either
foot,the
next
thing
that
you
have
to
do
is
increase
your
speed.Try
some
of
your
own
tricks
now.Scull
with
either
foot
or
with
both
at
the
same
time.
Scull
and
be
aware
While
you
keep
one
foot
straight,keep
sculling
with
the
other.You
can
do
that
with
both
feet
at
the
same
time.
20
,but
don't
get
so
involved
that
you
don't
see
where
you
are
going.If
you
are
not
watching
your
back,you
might
just
bang
against
something
or
someone.
A.That
is,keep
pushing
yourself
backwards
with
an
outwards
stroke(滑动)
B.While
going
backwards,just
get
used
to
the
feeling
of
moving
backwards
C.Keep
practicing
this
till
you
are
confident
about
it
D.Increase
your
speed
now
E.One
must
be
brave
enough
to
learn
to
ice?skate
backwards
F.Concentrate
on
what
you
are
doing
G.Just
put
your
chin
up
and
slightly
bend
your
knees
【语篇解读】 本文属于说明文,介绍了怎样培养向后滑冰,要遵循步骤,有足够的自信心。
16.G [第一个建议是站直了,G选项Just
put
your
chin
up
and
slightly
bend
your
knees抬起下巴,膝盖稍微弯曲一下,也是站立时候需要注意的姿势,符合此段的大意,故选G。]
17.C [第二段提到的建议是要有信心。C选项,不断练习,直到你对此有信心了,与小标题符合,故选C。]
18.A [根据前一句“Try
sculling(滑)with
one
skate
while
rolling
in
a
straight
line
with
the
other”可知,在用一只脚划直线的时候,尝试用另外一只脚划,可知A选项为对前一句的解释,答案为A。]
19.D [根据本段里“the
next
thing
that
you
have
to
do
is
increase
your
speed”可知,在熟练动作之后,可以提高速度了,故标题为提高速度,故选D。]
20.F [根据后一句“but
don't
get
so
involved
that
you
don't
see
where
you
are
going”可知,不要太集中,以至于不知道自己滑到哪里去了,本句but与前一句形成对比,因此可知,滑的时候需要集中注意力,故选F。]

you
earlier,”
said
the
man,“It

The

sat

smiling.“Oh,thank

he

36
under
his

carefully
counting
out
his

37

“Why
do
you
want
38
money
if
you
already
have
some?”
the
father
said
angrily.
“Because
I
didn't
have
enough,but
now
I

the
little
boy
replied.“Daddy,I
have
$
20
now.Can
I
40
an
hour
of
your
time?
Please
come
home
early
tomorrow.I
would

with
you.”
