教学目标:
(一)知识与能力目标1.学生能够听懂说出并认读单词policeman, policewoman .
2.学生能够听懂会说表达询问他人职业的交际用语What’s his /her job ? He’s a/ an---She’s a / an ---
3.学生能够在恰当的语境中运用所学语言谈论他人的职业。

1.通过自由交谈,头脑风暴等活动激发学生学习兴趣。
2.通过说唱歌谣,游戏活动等形式进行语言操练。
3.通过描述职业,创编新对话等活动,综合运用语言。
(三)情感目标
1.通过多样的语言活动培养学生的交际能力、语言能力及合作意识。
2.通过本节课的学习,使学生体会各种职业的辛劳,引导他们尊敬人们所从事的职业。

将本课所学职业词汇放在What’s his / her job ? 语句中询问他人的职业及回答He’s a / an ---She’s a / an---

教学过程
一Warming up
Sing English song “What do you want to do ” 导入本课关于学习职业的主题
借助创设好的情境进行Brain storming 和Free talk .
A:Brain storming
T: Look at those people .They all do good things . Do you want to know them ? Let’s watch and say aloud .
B: Free talk
T: When we talk about jobs ,for me .I am a teacher. What’s your mother’s job ? And what’s your father’s job ? -----
二Presentation
A: Lead in
T: please look at today’s newspaper .It tells us a very brave man .Do you want to know about him ?
B: Word learning (policeman policewoman )
Step 1 : 教师借助视频问学生What’s his job?通过学生的回答,学习新词policeman。
Step2: 教师利用PPT动态演示policeman 的构成,引导学生归纳总结,教师启发学生就此来拓展。
Step3:教师利用Ask and answer in pairs 来让学生操练本课主要句型。
C: Dialogue learning

四 Production
1. Students guess Mary’s mother’s job,Peter’s father’s job, Lisa mother’s job and Bob’s father’s job by listening to four passages.
2. Enjoy a song and then answer the question. What are the jobs of their families? And what do you want to be in the future.
3. Students try to write a short passage about the jobs of their families and what they want to be in the future. And then show the passage to everyone.
五Summery and homework.
Every job is great. Every job should be respected. To be what you want to be. Work hard and never give it up.
