7A Unit4Reading教学实践报告
(指导思想,设计方法等说明)
根据英语新课程标准,提倡任务型教学模式,把综合语言运用能力的培养落在教学过程中,倡导体验、实际、参与合作与交流的学习方式,实现任务的目标、感受成功,使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力,提高人文素养,增强实际能力,培养创新精神。现行《牛津初中英语》的每个单元是按照任务型教学的原则设计语言实际活动。教师应根据课程的总体目标并结合教学内容,创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。
一、实践过程
1. 精美的食物图片,容易激发学生的兴趣,使其积极动口动脑。通过师生问答,既激活了学生的思维,又引入了本课的中心话题:食物和健康。
2. 通过创设“介绍新朋友”这一语境教授生词,能帮助学生在具体的语境中更好地理解生词,同时也避免了因生词多而出现的丢三落四、杂乱无章的现象。
3. 通过细读,让学生对文章有一个更全面、细致的了解。同时帮助学生通过笔头练习进一步巩固前面所学生词。
4. 通过调查、表演等形式,培养学生英语表达能力。同时激发学生对自身不良日常饮食和生活方式进行总结、反思。为下面探讨如何保持健康做好铺垫。
5. 让学生分组讨论,相互竞争,能激发他们的集体荣誉感,培养其合作精神和团队意识,充分调动其学习积极性,收到意想不到的教学效果。
二、收获与体会
(一)活动要以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点,内容和方式尽量真实。本节课教学目标是通过学习Amy 和Daniel 的饮食和生活方式,从而理解什么是健康的饮食,健康的生活方式。在活动中让学生谈论自己的饮食与生活方式是他们所熟悉的内容,具有真实感。
(二)任务的设计要有“信息差”。“信息差”是指在语言交际中,交谈的双方都给对方提供一些未知信息。本节课的任务具有一定的信息差。所有问题的设计都需要学生去思考,去交流才能获得答案,而不是机械的语言操练。
(三)任务型的活动要面向全体学生。任务的设计要以学生为中心,要考虑到学生之间的差异,不能把任务的完成当作是少数好学生的专利。本节课围绕任务展开的问题都很生活化,几乎每个学生都能回答。
(四)任务型活动要能促进学生的思维能力与培养学生的协作精神。本节课的任务是首先完成对“Reading”的理解,学生在独自阅读该文时要积极思维,理解了全文意思后,才能回答围绕课文的十个问题,才能填表格,这一过程是一个发展思维的过程。活动要求与合作者交谈自己的饮食与生活方式时,需要双方的共同合作,培养了合作精神。
三、问题与建议
在本节课的任务型活动中,很多的时间交给了学生去独立思考,交给了学生去互相交流。老师在课堂上要做好监督者,采取一些适当的措施,防止一些学习困难开小差。学生在回答问题时,在面向大家作汇报时,可能产生一些紧张情绪,教师要营造和谐、积极的课堂气氛,降低学生的焦虑感(共19张PPT)
