Let's Protect Our Eyes
More and more students wear glasses now. Why? That's because most students study for a long time without taking a break. And some of them spend too much time staring at the screen of the mobile phone or playing computer games.
As we all know, eyes are very important to us. Here are some helpful ways to protect our eyes.
First, we'd better not read in the sun. Second, don't play with mobile phones in bed. Third, keep doing eye exercises every day. Fourth, we should go outside to look at the green plants between lessons. What's more, eat some food which is good for our eyes, such as carrots, fish and eggs.
In my opinion, we should treasure our eyes. Let's try our best to protect them.
