本单元是Module 2的第三个单元。 在这个单元中讨论的重点从生活小区转换到马路上,介绍了许多马路上的设施, 谈论上学的路线等。本节课教学内容包括一张西蒙上学的地图和一个上学行程路线的文本,使学生运用句型自由交流。由于教学的主题是说说上学的路线及换成哪些交通工具,学生对这个话题兴趣很足,学习积极主动。
教学重点:
1. 培养学生通过整体阅读获取信息的能力。
2. 理解和掌握并运用西蒙上学行程中的重点短语以及句型。
教学难点:
1. 用连词Then 来连接两个句子之间的时间顺序关系。
2. 使用表示一段时间的介词for。
3. 构建短文结构并系统介绍生活中实际的出行路线。
之前学生会说乘坐交通工具去某地,也理解get on /get off的含义,本课用chant激发学生的学习热情,激活学生对乘坐的交通工具已有经验和知识,为学习新知做铺垫。通过师生互动为学生创设一个轻松,愉快的学习氛围。课文处理第一遍带着问题听课文了解大意,对文本初步感知。指导学生听力技巧,抓住问题中关键词组。形成用连词Then 来连接两个句子之间的时间顺序关系。第二遍自己阅读本文,指导学生的阅读方法,培养学生的阅读技巧。师生交流中浸润英语环境渗透词组及重点句型的讲解。建构新的句子。培养学生的创新能力。
第三遍跟读课文,再次感知课文的路线结构,利用图片让学生自己复述课文,利用学到的介绍Simon上学路线的短文结构迁移到介绍自己的上学路线。教师示一个关于西蒙去北京游玩的文本,对所学西蒙上学路线的延伸与扩展,又对下面西蒙要来沈阳做客,同学们尽地主之谊带西蒙在沈阳游玩做铺垫。根据所给的选择练习,检查学生的学习情况也巩固了学习知识。进一步构建短文结构,巩固语言知识的习得过程。
教师在课堂中始终是知识的引领者,而学生是知识的实践者。教师引导学生用旧知迁移学习新知,又呈现多样的语言实践活动强化语句篇的建构,解决本节课的教学难点,最终达到语言输出的良好效果。教学过程中运用任务型教学实现师生、生生交流,帮助学生提高听大意、读细节、勤思考、多实践、集信息等多方面能力。教师设计活动时关注到学生的情感体验,充分尊重学生主体地位,以生为本,将教学与学生的生活实际相联,鼓励学生将课堂学到的知识运用到真实语境之中。但是教师不应忽略基础知识的稳固练习,拼写新词和模仿跟读相应练习做得不够充分,学生交流时有发音错误,在落笔书写时有拼写错误。今后还应关注每一个细节,关注不同层次学生的学习过程并予以指导。(共45张PPT)

一、教学内容:
本课是上海版小学牛津英语6A第二模块第三单元第三课时。本节课教学内容包括一张西蒙上学的地图和一个上学行程路线的文本,使学生运用句型自由交流。由于教学的主题是说说上学的路线及换成哪些交通工具,学生对这个话题兴趣很足,学习积极主动,之前学生会说乘坐交通工具去某地,也理解get on /get off的含义,但不会用连词Then 来连接两个句子之间的时间顺序关系,及整个行程路线的描述。
二、教学目标:
根据新课程标准对综合运用语言能力二级目标的要求和教学三维目标的要求,加上对课程的分解和对六年级学生的了解,教学将达到的目标定为以下三大方面:
知识目标:在真实语言学习环境中,学习和去某地的行程路线,用连词Then 来连接两个句子之间的时间顺序关系及整个行程路线的描述。
能力目标:培养学生通听力、阅读获取主要信息的能力,培养学生构建语言的能力,通过建立信息沟来培养学生综合语用能力。
情感价值目标:培养学生自主学习兴趣,小组协作意识和积极参与意识。会描述去不同地点可换成不同的交通工具。
